i have purchased the following bar…

i have purchased the following bar codes :

while certificate shows it belongs to my company but when done web check it shows that it is in name of Stallion Brokers Int'L Inc.
How????

Hi Prashanth,  

We'd suggest adding your barcode and product data to https://gtinlookup.org This is an alternative database to GEPIR that shows barcode AND product data.  GEPIR simply shows the first holder of a prefix, not product data. All barcodes we supply originate the the UCC (now GS1) so there will be a record of the first holder on GEPIR.  This is normal for third party supplied barcodes.  GEPIR however is outdated and is being discontinued by GS1 in December 2023.  Please note that online databases like GEPIR, Gtinlookup etc this do not integrate with retail stores.

Barcodes are registered with retailers.  The most important step is to include the unique barcode on your product packaging.  See https://indiabarcodes.co.in/set-up-guide/ and https://indiabarcodes.co.in/support/how-to-register-your-barcode/ for further clarification.

I tried to make Payments through my…CC

I tried to make Payments through my credit card but not accepted. Above all no customer Care Executive to talk to.
"Reason for transaction decline is: Effective 1st Oct 2021, the Bank will have to decline all such recurring transactions on cards initiated by merchants, non-compliant with the new RBI guidelines."

Don’t buy from them

I had purchased their barcodes and they provide terrible support. I am unable to use their barcodes for Amazon and they fail to respond on time and don’t support any phone support.

How to customize bar codes

We have received the Bar codes. But we have no clue or guidelines clarified as to who customizes each bar code for a particular product. What all information will go in each bar code.
Will it be done by your team? In which case we need the formats where we can share the data of each product with you

We do our best to be as inclusive as possible. However at this time our payment gateway: Stripe only accepts VISA/MasterCard/AMEX/Discover credit & debit cards. We apologise for the inconvenience but unfortunately card acceptance is beyond our control.

Very knowledgeable company

Very knowledgeable company. Jessi is very helpful and patient with those new to using barcodes for their products. Their price is very competitive compared to GS1 India.
