Rang to enquire and within a few days Conor arrived. He was extremely professional and talked us through everything he was doing in a simple and very understandable way. He was so friendly and had time to answer all our questions. Despite adding twenty years on to my age when he returned with our hearing aids, 😜, we were absolutely delighted. Nonetheless now that I can hear my husband talking Conor may be responsible for the breakdown of our marriage, 😂😂🤣🤣.

After spontaneously opening the Facebook and signing up I had call from HQ first thing next morning
Cormac came next day and showed me the range and options. He was not at all pushy but knew his business ! And seven days later his colleague (from Muff , Donegal?) has just fitted me. Comfortable aleady. Super service, very fair payment plan and all round great experience. Thank you!

At first I saw add on Facebook I followed the link sent my details. Then I told my husband about it he said it’s a scam, got me thinking I went to the website all was good. Got call the next day to arrange appointment. The test was carried out at my own home, it was interesting experience and easy, Rebecca she was super nice explaining what she was doing step by step. All was perfect. I recommend this company they are doing a great job.

From the very moment I made the first enquiry, via an Instagram advert, I received exceptional service and all of this was done in the comfort of my own home. Paul, a lovely friendly chap, came to my home , he did the hearing test and the following week he arrived with the hearing aids and he explained everything I needed to know. I would highly recommend this service that this company offers and all in the comfort of ones home!

Gary is very professional in the delivery of the information and explains all the options clearly. He did not make you feel under pressure and provided great level of detail to assist in making the right decision for me. Polite and very happy with the visit today.

My experience with independent Living and hearing was top class. My audiologist was absolutely brilliant (Lourna Cassidy) from my hearing test right through to my hearing aid fitting. Highly recommend this company!

Best company ever dealt with. Had hearing aids sorted as first time customer within a week. Had them adjusted today also sorted within a week. All staff is incredibly polite and tailer to your needs. Super supportive and helpful. 10/10

A great experience from start to finish. Very efficient in setting up the appointment following on my initial inquiry. Kevin was the audiologist who conducted my hearing test . Getting grief from my family about my hearing and without realising it myself I decided to contact independent living and hearing and the speed they got to me and done the test and got back to me with the hearing aids was fantastic and conor was so helpful and informative and knowledgeable and when conor was here setting the hearing aids up he didn't rush and went through everything very clearly thanks very much conor

I bought hearing aids in October 2024. I lost one of them (not the Company's fault!) three weeks ago. I phoned and asked could I buy just one aid to replace the lost one and what would be the price. the girl said she would talk to the manager and he would phone me back with the information. He didn't. I phoned a week later: same result, no call back. I phoned Monday of last week: same result, no call back. this is very poor service.

The service was excellent. Independent Living was very considerate and waited when due to health reasons I had to postpone second visit. Paul a very pleasant young man came and help me with instructions on how to wear and care for my hearing aids. Very satisfied.

What a great service, they visited my home and performed a hearing test and gave me a choice of hearing aids, then returned, fitted them and did all adjustments, all in less than a week. I would highly recommend this company.

Had Gary out doing a hearing test on my 95 year old mother 2weeks ago hearing aids fitted this morning in her home what a lovely young man very helpful and pleasant great service thank you

From start to finish service was excellent. Sent a message on Sunday, phone call on Monday and out to test my hearing on Tuesday. All done in my home and excellent after service. Martina was so helpful and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my hearing aids before she left.

I had a visit yesterday from your company. The audiologists name was Kevin. (I don't remember his surname) and he was accompanied by a lady called Lynne. They were extremely friendly and James was very professional in his delivery. He explained perfectly how the procedure would go and was extremely informative about hearing loss. I can't recommend this service enough and wished the country would take note of the efficiency of your company

Had martina for my testing and fitting.i fount Martina to be extremely good and helpful .Martina explained everything very well and took good time with me to explain how my new hearing aids work.i am very happy with my new hearing aids and the great service I have received.
