Grace Kelly is so helpful, thorough and friendly. She answered all my questions.
She tested my hearing, compared the results to a previous hearing test. Grace checked my hearing aids, cleaning them and replacing components. She also ensured the phone app was working on my phone and advised me to contact her if any issues arise afterwards or if I need advice on best new phone to link with the hearing aids. It is reassuring to get this free service knowing this opportunity and monitoring is giving me the best possible outcome. Also I got two reminder phone calls, the last one closer to the date, in case I forgot my appointment from Ruth. As well as a letter reminder in the post setting a possible appointment date. I highly recommend this after care service.

Attention to detail, communication skills of the company were exceptional. All staff had good customer service skills. Hearing test a very pleasant and enlightening experience. Audiologist very informative.

I liked the welcome as the door opened at 2pm.
I was disappointed that I brought another person along who was not needed. The test was so short, but I was glad to know my hearing is good even though another tester said I had less good hearing in one ear.

I found it very easy and accessible, no results were forwarded to me. A report.

We were very disappointed with their initial pressure to buy, then after my husband and I had purchased this very expensive equipment, we needed extra help in learning to use it. We made appointments to get help for that and instead of help, we were pit under more pressure to purchase updated items to already very dear equipment which we still needed help in learning to use. We are looking for a more helpful audiology business at the moment.

I recently attended Hidden Hearing in Portlaoise and was looked after by Daryl, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire appointment. Numerous tests were carried out, and he explained everything clearly while showing the results in real time, which really helped me understand what was going on.

The instructions for using the hearing aid were very clear, and Daryl went out of his way to make sure I felt confident and comfortable. He listened to what I wanted and never pushed any option on me, which I really appreciated.

The office itself is spotless, and the reception team were welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I felt genuinely well cared for.
