Jessie was very warm & personable. Gave good insight to hearing issues & had good understanding of hearing related issues. Well able to explain what test involved & open to questions. Genuinely seemed interested in the patients concerns & wellbeing.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mum who has recently suffered her second stroke.. I was lucky enough to be able to have the time off work to be with her on both her consultation and her fitting appointment.

Jemma was extremely kind, caring and patient with my mum. She was friendly and passionate about helping mum the best she could.

Would really reccoment this crowd to anyone who is looking for the best hearing care for a loved one all done in the comfort of their own home

Martina was excellent doing her job. She explained everything to me & that made my choice of which hearing aids to go for. Plus it's excellent that they come to you. Highly recommend them.

Very impressed with their immediate response and professionalism. There audiooligist Jessy was extreemely professional, polite and helpful in the whole process. Unlike other companies the sales pitch was never pushed. The after care service that is offered is a great reassurance. I would highly recommend the service.

This is just a great service as all carried out at home. Gary was just brilliant from beginning to end, had patience, explained everything to my dad, didnt rush and made sure dad was happy with it all before he left. Highly recommend.

This was my 1st hearing test where it was more about my hearing situation rather than a big sales pitch.
I have tried others but it was all about the money .
Your agent Joanna really came across genuine and helpful ,explaining everything in detail and only at the end gave ME a choice of costs.

Office staff have been very helpful in getting speedy appts for my elderly dad. Conor was extremely knowledgeable and patient in working with dad to get his hearing aids just right! Thank you Conor.

Martina came out to the house gave me a hearing test. She is lovely to deal with. Explained everything from start to finish. No pressure.
Then the hearing aids came she explained very well how to use them.
I can't get over how much I can hear. I'm alot more confident at work and at daily life. Thanks to hidden hearing.

Joanna, the audiologist, who tested my hearing was very professional and also very personable. She showed me a choice of hearing aids that would be appropriate for my needs...she was very patient and explained everything to me and answered all my questions.... I appreciate this young lady's approach and highly recommend her

I got hearing aids previously from a well known company. These hearing aids did not do anything to enhance my hearing and no matter how many times I said it to the lad fitting them he kept saying they take time for you to get used to them. Spent a lot of money and got nothing for the money. So tried Independent Living and hearing and found the hearing aids great from the start. Martina the woman fitting them listened to my concerns suggested a set of Aids and fitted them, i found her very helpful. I was very happy with them and ordered them straight away. I would highly recommend Independent living and hearing for anyone thinking of getting hearing aids. Thank you for everything.
