The website represented that the company was going out of business, which is why they were selling cashmere sweaters so deeply discounted. The sweater I ordered was supposed to be cashmere and handknit in Finland. The sweater is made in China and polyester. I now see the company has horrible reviews and it is difficult to return an item. I will contest the charge with my credit card company; the product was entirely misrepresented.

Cheap garbage, utterly unlike the descriptions. Instead of knit cotton it was cheaply printed polyester jersey, sort of.

Wow mistake mistake mistake. They definitely do not send you what they advertise. Quality of what is sent is no where near what they advertise. I kept sending a request for follow up and realized they send the same response every time. It must be their automatic reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Lesson learned...ALWAYS read reviews before purchasing online clothes! The green/Iris sweater was painted on cheap polyester fabric, the pink Scandinavian yoke was cheap, itchy polyester yarn, not the high quality cotton advertised. Never trust Inari Boutique.

This company totally misrepresented a sweater that I was buying from them. I was told it was handmade knitted cotton. When I received it. It was machine made made in China. This is an outrage. I’m reporting them to every business company. I can think of. Do not do a business with these people they are liars. In

False advertising. Claims the sweaters are made in Finland but one of mine had a label Made in China. The other one didn't say where it was made. I ordered the Cotton Mohair Sweater Pink but the label says Polyester.
It is nice looking the the size, M, was right. The other labeled Made in China is also M but would fit an elephant and does not look well made. Based on the other reviews I don't know if I'll bother trying to return and get my money back.

The items were advertised and described as being Cotton. When they arrived, they were all polyester not any cotton content in any of the items I contacted the company to send them back. However, they refused to receive them and refund my money. They offered a 20% discount I told them this was unsatisfactory as the garments were not as described. I would not purchase from this company.

DO NOT BUY!!! 0 stars. What a hoax. These are not from Finland grandmothers but from China. Not cotton but polyester and not knit but a picture of knit. It is so big, I swim in it. Google shouldn't be advertising such a hoax. Do I keep them and use them for yard work or give them to Goodwill.

Wish I could give 0 stars, and especially wish I had checked other reviews before ordering 3 sweaters to take on a Norway cruise. They were extremely late and I was on the cruise (6 weeks after ordering) before they arrived. I wouldn’t have brought them anyway. They are junk, ugly, machine made, and too small (I ordered L and usually wear M). They went right into my donations bag as I know that returning and trying to get a refund would be a waste of time. I hope I learned my lesson.

Would give 0 stars if possible. This is nothing but a scam and you will be frustrated and disappointed by any interaction with this company. The pictures do not represent what you will get and it's a long drawn out process to get your money back. I did but should have researched the company first.

The beautiful woven supposedly made of cashmere wool sweaters are not what you get but cheap ugly polyester products. No tags how to wash or dry. The 70% off price still way more expensive than what the actual products are worth. It's a scam, deceptive advertising. Please beware. Don't buy. It cannot be returned. They have no physical address or telephone number to contact. Most likely from China.

Agree with other reviews. Total scam. Website bogus. Products not wool (polyester), not handmade (machine produced), not at all as advertised. Mad, can't get money returned and have no recourse.

Totally misleading advertisements. I ordered 4 handmade cashmere sweaters made by women in Finland. I received 4 acrylic, machine made polyester and acrylic non returnable sweaters. The seams are thick, an indication that the sweaters are machine made. The website offered returns on any sweater. Not so. When I contacted the company for return instructions I was told that the sweaters are non refundable. Beware!!!!’

EVERYTHING went wrong! First it took forever to arrive with a tracking comment of Shipping exception but they couldn't tell me what the exception was!
Sweater arrived and a TOTAL SCAM!!! Supposedly hand made in Finland and of cashmere yarn. The sweater has a tag inside that says "Made in China and 100% Polyester"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While the items ordered were delivered, they were in no way the items advertised: they were not made in Finland by little old Finnish ladies and they were not made of cotton or wool. The fibers are synthetic and the sweaters were machine-made. Time from order to receipt was 27 days; and they declined my request to cancel the order even though I made it fifteen minutes after I placed the order.

The handmade cashmere sweater I ordered came as a sweater printed on 100% polyester that said clearly made in China. Costumer service is thru emails. Polite in conversing but do not listen to what you are saying, no intention at all to help.

As stated by others, this is a scam. Shameful. Sweater finally arrived today after at least six weeks wait. It is not hand knit, doesn't look anything like what the website advertised, and there are no returns. WHAT A RIP OFF. I neglected to look at reviews before buying because I was so taken by their picture of sweet old Finnish women knitting. What a fool I was! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

I ordered 5 sweaters, all of which were supposed to be hand-knitted in Finland; 4 were supposed to be cotton and one cashmere. Not one was hand-knitted. All were polyester and machine-made in China. The quality was appallingly awful, and only one sweater resembled its picture. This is so clearly a scam that my bank refunded the purchase price. Don’t be fooled; even the supposed sale price is for far more than this crap is worth.

But I think whoever the elderly "Finnish" ladies are whose images are used in the FAKE advertising should sue for unauthorized use of their images
(unless they are part of the SCAM, in which case they should be indicted wiht the SCAM company ownerss for for larceny by false pretense)

This company is a complete scam and deserves not even 1 star. Items are overpriced even after being marked down in view of the fact they are not as pictured; not handmade, but machine-made with poor craftsmanship; and not cotton or cashmere as advertised, Even though the pages showing the sweaters state there is a 30-day return, if you go to the returns page where obviously I did not check before ordering, it indicates that no returns are offered. My request for a refund was denied, so I was forced to dispute the charges with my credit card company—a hassle for overpriced, ugly sweaters.
