Absolute total rip off!!!! every word in any of their ads is a lie. Any of their products have never seen anything in Italy. Totally out of China and cheap plastic. Customer service will not answer and you get an automated “Sophie” that pretends to be answering, but it’s an auto bot. It takes weeks for the product to ship from China. Do not purchase anything from this company.!!!!!

I have fought back-and-forth with a credit company as they keep trying to recharge me well over $300 I keep going back-and-forth with a credit card card company with more and more evidence as to the scam that they are running. It may very well end up being an expensive lesson learned.

They show you a beautiful leather jacket . Oh my goodness it smells like a chemical and its a fake thin material. There's NO LEATHER AT ALLL!!!!!!!!

I never received my order and that idiot sophie keeps telling me they dont accept returns every time I demand a refund. Scammers!

Why can’t I rate a zero? These bags suck. Smell bad. And when I ordered it said free returns and now it is “no returns”. Yet another scamming company in our world that is rapidly degrading.

Total scam. Ordered 2 jackets and a bag. Jackets had labels from a Chinese company in them, one was clearly used. Everything was cheap plastic. Totally worthless junk.

BEWARE! If you got this far you already realize this place is a SCAM. Plastic from China and no returns.

I ordered a bag from Bellatori also. I paid 59.99 + shipping + tax. I waited for almost 5-6 weeks. When my Bag, ( I use the word Italian leather bag came in, it was a joke.!) The PLASTIC bag was folded up and the inside sounds like tissue paper! I have been in contact with Bellatori Company and they have said that they are going to send me another bag. I don’t want them to send me anything else! The only reason I haven’t returned the awful bag I have is because I have no idea who will be getting it and I Am not paying to return it. This Company needs to be shut down for fraud.

Buyer Beware!!! Complete scam the boots literally smelt like paint and plastic. The souls weren’t made out of any material I ever recognized they came from China. They are genuine crap, not genuine leather. I was trying to get my girlfriend a good deal and the next day realized what i had done tried to camcel my order by email they said sorry we don’t do cancels on orders. Lesson learned only use reputable sites Macy’s Nordstrom‘s Boot Barn, etc. etc..

If there were no stars I would rate it that! It took over three weeks to get it with no tracking. Then when I got it, the handle is so stupid, I couldn’t figure out how to use it. The outside is pleather and the inside is made of the cheapest lining you can imagine that pulls away from the pleather. Their customer service is like talking to AI.
DO NOT BUY!!! You will be sorry!!!

This is the worst purchase I have every made! Poor faux leather cheep linning, poor workmanship, Very cheap hardware, No Mention of Bellatorri on the bag or paperwork, "only ZH Online Seller" IL The color I ordered was red and it is a dark burgundy? This company with lovely pictures father & daughter is a total lie. Do Not order Big Scam!

Biggest scam ripoff ever! If I could include pictures of what they actually sent me versus what I ordered, I would. Completely fake leather.

Stay away from this scam! I wish I had come here first but I thought it was safe since it came up on a Google search for leather bags. I was so wrong! The junk I received from them was so amazingly horrible that even the Dollar Store would be embarrassed to sell it. I immediately attempted to get my money returned but was always given one of two emails they clearly send automatically. One said they don’t accept returns after 30 days (it took 40 days to arrive) and one that asked if I would like a “replacement”. I finally agreed to a replacement (after the 10th attempt to get a refund) and STILL i got their, I’m sorry no refunds after 30 days, email. That’s when I knew I had been scammed for over $250! I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income so this amount was heart breaking. I was buying these things as gifts for family members but, I can’t give this junk to anybody. Please, do not buy from this company. I don’t understand why they are allowed to advertise in the US. This turned out to be a Chinese based organization and they should be shut down.

I just received the bag i ordered & it wasnt the same as the pictured in their website particularly the materials used. It's not leather as they claimed but a cheap synthetic sort of . I'm so disappointed. I wanted to return the bag but most of the customers said they didn't get their refund. So i have no choice but keep it.

Customer Service Team is not listening to my request to keep their items I ordered. This company is NOT from Italy nor based in Italy. This is a scam of low quality goods from mainland China . When I following the tracking I saw soon that I was scammed and I am trying to put a STOP Shipment on my Order and refund my money as my 3 pairs of boots have not left China. They are not hearing it and want you to get scammed as their return policy is garbage and is really not a return policy at all. Avoid like the plague!

Do not order from this place! They took three months to deliver the $70 dollar boots. Once the order arrived it was shoes …..they were children’s shoes, with laces!They fit my 10-year-old daughter. They were extremely cheaply made, and arrives in an Amazon looking type of bag. This place is a scam.

I ordered a pair of boots on Feb 7th 2026.Then while reading news I saw scam alerts for their Company. So I emailed them to cancel my order less than 2 hours after I placed it. While waiting to hear back I did some digging and found many Scam Alerts for them checked the BBB and found numerous complaints and stories of their products not being genuine leather as advertised,vegan leather instead,so I emailed them again,telling them of what I'd read and I wanted my order cancelled immediately. Sophie emailed me back saying it was too late to cancel my order,and assured me they were genuine leather,and my order was being processed. I responded When could I expect delivery,they hadn't taken my money yet, She responded 5 to 7 business days. On the 10th they took my money so I waited. When the expected day of delivery came and went I con tacted her again. She responded 2 days later and told me it sometimes takes 7 to 12 days,not to worry,they were on their way. I waited another week and contacted my bank to start a dispute. Another week went by,still no delivery,and I started emailing "Sophie" again. She responded she would have her team track my purchase and get back to me. I demanded a refund and told her to keep the boots,I'd had enough. She kept telling me she'd take care of it. I started my dispute with my bank,sent EVERY email to them and they started their investigation,seeing the Scam Alerts and BBB Complaints for themselves. While they were investigating,at the 5 week mark,I get a delivery in a small,plastic mailer. Inside were NOT the boots I ordered but another pair,wrong color,wrong size. So I sent Bellatori an email telling them how they failed even further a x received a response that there's NO PHYSICAL RETURNS. No Return Address and they'd look into it. I sent pictures of the boots I ordered and the ones I'd received to my bank Investigators,and will know Wednesday about my money. I can't use the boots they sent,I don't want them,I just wanted what I ordered in a timely manner. At EVERY step this Company failed.Its the 6th week and I've heard nothing from them. This company and website are a complete scam! There is absolutely NOTHING leather about the two items I ordered. In fact, they are made in China and the boots are plastic and the jacket is the cheapest polyester with a plactic belt. There is ZERO leather to these products. Run for your life before you order from this company!! Fortunately I cancelled the charge on my credit card and got my money back. Total SCAM!!
