I had a very pleasant experience with Imperials Chelmsford. Recently I bought my car from Imperials and had an exceptional pleasant experience from their staff from start to the end of the process.

I have travelled a long journey from Bedford to Chelmsford to see this car and I have had a warm reception from their wonderful sales person Oliver Wright. The whole process from the test drive to purchase was very smooth and pleasant.

There was absolutely no pressure selling tactics which I saw with many other dealers and Oliver was so helpful and transparent in explaining all the details. I have found the rest of the team was also very friendly and professional.

I am also pleased with the post sale assistance and communication which were very prompt in responding and assisting to the queries.

Searching for my first Bentley, I came across the perfect car, age, spec, mileage, and colour. Priced sensibly I made some enquiries. From the first contact Jake and Jamie were great, nothing was to much trouble to accommodate my requirements, speedy responses and great knowledge of the high end vehicles they stock. 35 years of me buying high performance cars and I can honestly say imperials are one of the few garage’s I would use again and can highly recommend. Had great experience from start to finish. Jake at Imperials was always available post sale also. I had an issue with the roof of my mercedes and despite the normal RAC warranty not covering it, Imperials bespoke policy with them covered it in full. Would recommend

Jamie & Oliver supplied a Land Rover Defender which was in exceptional condition. They have been friendly and accommodating to deal with. I would be happy to go back any time for another car.

Recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Jake at Imperials. I was given facts not sales talk and felt super comfortable about making my purchase without being pressured. Once my decision was made the transaction was done within a week. Speedy responses via text and calls from the whole team.

The whole experience with the team at Imperials was first class. No hard sell just an honest approach and totally transparent. Offered a test drive for an extended time period which gave time to fully appraise the vehicle. Minor issues corrected before collection as discussed during the negotiations. I cannot recommend Jake and Oliver enough. If you are looking for a special car avoid the main dealers and visit Imperials . Their service is second to none.

Over the last 5 years I have viewed 5 cars at Imperials and bought two of those. I get personal attention from Jamie who is absolutely great to deal with. All questions I had were always answered with professionalism and there is no pressure to buy. The cars they sell are of a very good quality. There is an initial 3 month warranty included so if there are any issues immediately after the purchase they can be dealt with promptly. There is also the option of extending the warranty for 12 or 24 months and it comes with comprehensive RAC breakdown cover as well. I purchased an extension for 24 months for my recent purchase of a Rolls-Royce Ghost. My experience of the warranty is extremely good as, unfortunately, a few issues appeared with the car in the months following ownership. The problems were dealt with professionally, the repairs carried out to a high standard and the car was delivered back to me each time with the issue fully resolved. I have also, on many occasions, spoken to the owner of the Imperials Group, Shaun, who is very responsive as is his son Oliver. I don't think I will be buying cars from elsewhere!!
