I bought a number of Hello Kitty items that arrived on time and beautifully packaged. Really high quality products and great customer service. The stickers, charms and stationery were things I’d been looking for but struggling to find sold in the UK.

Safe, fast delivery and well packed.
I needed something that was a few years old that my granddaughter broke. I found it on IMOUTO. I bought 2 and they were delivered fast and packed beautifully. Would recommend and will use them again.

Great service!! Ordered a little surprise Rilakkuma plushie for my girlfriend and she loved it! Shipping was fast and I was key up to date with it, packaged nicely and the gift note I had was even handwritten in (though it was a bit embarrassing knowing someone read and then copied it out) :x
