I Was Perfectly Satisfied
I had created an annuity through Vanguard about 15 years ago and wanted to create another annuity to increase monthly income using Roth IRA funds. I called Vanguard and was informed that they did not have this service anymore. So I called Mutual of Omaha where, through Vanguard, I bought the other annuity; their phone tree was so dense and the wait so long I never got through to a live person. So then I resorted to ImmediateAnnuities. com following my sister's suggestion. I called them and a live person answered the phone. I was able to find out which insurance company had the best rates and began the process of paying the premium to create a new fixed immediate annuity. The whole process took a little time, but everything went smoothly with absolutely no problem.

I worked with Adam last year setting up a QLAC and was very pleased to find he was available again to help me. He is extremely knowledgeable and quickly grasped the outcome I wanted to achieve. He provided clear guidance re. my approach and how it conflicted with my goals. No sales pitch! Just great, responsive customer service.
Provided invaluable insights into how I could achieve desired results in a simpler more robust manner. I was not an "annuity fan" prior to my experiences with Adam and all the folks at Immediate Annuities having been brainwashed I think by the stock market brigade. My only previous experience was with my bank and I am desperate for that one to mature so that I can rework a better solution with Adam and the team.
