J ai donné mon mail en boutique a Gand pour recevoir la facture de mon collier de 395€ quand même...
La vendeuse m a soit disant créé un compte sur lequel je n ai jamais réussi à me connecter et lorsque j ai contacté le service client, on m a laissé tomber après 3 échanges de mail!

Beautiful and delicate necklace.

Beautiful and delicate necklace.
We bought a necklace as a present and had it engraved. The locket is a little bit smaller than expected but the engraving is perfect. The necklace looks beautiful and delicate.
We will certainly order again.

I did not know the online deliveries…

I did not know the online deliveries had to be picked up at the pick-up point in Verlatstraat. I went to the boutique instead... Maybe precise it extra when doing the order. Was a bit confusing and not very practical because I can only pass by during weekends and the pick-up point was closed on Saturday.

The pick up address and opening times are clearly stated during check out. Also, once your order is ready for pick up we ship out an e-mail mentioning this information as well.

Piercing Antwerpen

Op bezoek geweest in Antwerpen. Daar laten piercen door een dame die perfect weet waar ze mee bezig is. Leidt je perfect door alle stappen door, stelt je op je gemak. Voor wie nog twijfelt, niet nodig! Ik had dit al veel vroeger moeten doen!!

I ordered an engraved gift online for my mother in-law and it was ready in an hour for pick up! That’s really speedy and excellent service! My mother in-law absolutely loved her engraved bracelet, she wears it all the time! She was super impressed with the luxury gift packaging. She’s simply delighted!
Will definitely order more stuff soon!
