Disappointing... and then great customer service!
Unfortunately, although my order was well packaged, one of the jars was damaged and leaking. I have twice emailed the company to request a refund or replacement but I have had no response. I cannot find a phone number to telephone them. Disappointing as I would like to be able to buy other products!
Update: the company got in touch and has refunded the cost of the damaged jar.

Exceptional customer service …
The product was well pack but arrived broken. However their customer service in replying and refunding was exceptional and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Cheese and cake

Hard to source dried peppers

The flavour is astonishing! It's sharp and very natural tasting; not overly sweet. The high percentage of fruit means the texture is soft and reminiscent of continental confiture.
