My Go-To for Nintendo Imports <3
I’ve ordered with these guys numerous times for some Nintendo plushies and keychains and my items have always arrived quickly, well-packaged and in good condition. I’m from the UK and when I order on the Friday drops, I tend to receive them around Monday/Tuesday which is pretty good :)

Really good service
Despite problems with customs which have nothing to do with Neo-Kobe Imports. I have to say that I'm super happy with it, not only did they make sure the packaging wouldn't damage any delicate part but it also came with a SUPER CUTE drawing in my language. Super awesome shop.

Recently, I ordered from Neo-Kobe Imports for the 2nd time - the first time I ordered, I had a wonderful experience both with the product, delivery and assistance from the seller, and this time was no exception! They were going to list an item I had been looking out for in the UK for weeks, and when I saw them advertising it, I asked if I could reserve it. They were more than happy to allow this, and spoke to me about the product in a way that made me confident I was buying from the 'right' place - nothing better than supporting people with the same passions as me! The seller really cares about the products they sell and are very kind and communicative. They package things in such a cute way too, so it's always a joy to receive my order!
