I bought a large, beautiful women's black leather bag as a treat for my birthday two years ago. I took great care of it, using the recommended leather creme, etc. It was never out in the rain. After less than one year the edging on the strap and flap started coming off. I paid Bison to have it sent out to a recommended repair shop. The edging they used to "repair" it has pulled off almost everywhere. I need to replace the bag already because it looks so ragged. Really disappointed.

Very good product quality, but super poor customer experience. Did not get a reply over multiple emails for over a month

I purchased the Alloro Leather Crossbody Bag from Saks Fifth Avenue less than a year ago and the magnetic clasp on the front of the bag has come off. This was supposed to be an investment that should last for more than a year and it has already fallen apart. Very disappointed in the brand and in Saks.

After one year of use ( an hour a day, 3 days a week, one macbook and charger in the bag ), the strap connector unstitched itself from the bag.

Sad as this is the first time I invest 600€ in a bag ( supposedly for life ), while my previous cheap bag from China lasted 5 years ( same use, and is still intact ).

I’m very careful with my stuff ( I have an Iphone 12 since 2020, not a single scratch ) so fair to say I’m disappointed.

Super quality and genuine leather products, two transactions was very smooth, shipping is fast, packaging is great. Very happy!
