I would like to address an issue regarding the purchase of your shoes. Unfortunately, after wearing them only once, there was a noticeable deterioration in their appearance, leading to my dissatisfaction with the shoe's quality. Upon contacting your support, I was initially advised to clean the shoes with an ammonia-free glass cleaner, which I promptly did, but with no success.
Subsequently, I was instructed to send the shoes directly to Gianvito Rossi for on-site cleaning, utilizing the label provided in the box. Regrettably, I received no response and was later informed that the shoes were allegedly sent incorrectly, using the wrong label. These discrepancies contribute to my current disappointment.
As a customer who has invested €640 in regular-priced shoes, I expect a customer-oriented service. Unfortunately, I have yet to find a satisfactory solution to my concern. Therefore, I kindly request you to revisit my issue and work towards a suitable resolution.
