When trying to get in contact thought tik tok about an order the account just blocks you. It’s a shame as I was buying sweets for 9 year birthday but they never came unfortunately.

on receipt of 1 rather disappointing small box after spending over £50 , having ordered ordered @ 2 , as a Large box ! is truly debatable , i awaited a second package , nothing arrived , tried to make contact to be basically ignored for approx 2 weeks,, 4 weeks later i`m asked for photographic evidence of received goods :) which obviously i don`t or ho does have :) no measurements offered so basically their word against yours , after checking reviews if it works , great if it doesn't its a battle their customer service is not good , best pay on credit card to cover your own back really

Very quick delivery. Items well packed. Very fresh sweets the best going! All round amazing service and brilliant company. Wouldnt order from anywhere else

Products packed perfectly and undamaged (despite dpd leaving,my parcel in the rain) sweets tested amazing and fresh. Speedy service as arrived quickly. Also emailed the owner about a query I had. Received reply less than 12 hours later (overnight) would definitely recommend buying from here. Also you can watch some orders being packed on titok. Great service all round.

Amazing company, would not buy my items from anywhere else. I can not rate Michelle, her team and the company highly enough. Items are always well packaged, customer service is spot on and the delivery is always so quick. Please give this family business a go, I promise you will not regret it.

Ordered twice from here first delivery was fine second was delayed for ages emailed had nothing back, eventually it came and the cans were smashed up and leaking and they packed the wrong items

Not the best experience. After watching on tik tok I placed an order to the US. I ordered 5 items but never got a receipt, but my card was charged. When my package arrived it had 1 small bag of chips in a badly damaged box. It was crushed so badly that the chip bag was open. I threw them out. So $21.00 completely wasted. Bummer.

Had 2 orders from this company first class service and after doing my research defo very competitive priced but a wider selection available, really wouldn't shop anywhere else for worldwide snacks and treats

Ive ordered quite a few times now and always happy with how the package is and how its all still in one peace when delivered. Its a great way to taste new sweets/chocolates from all over the world. Wouldn’t doubt Michelle and the Ifoodsuk team they are such lovely people and always bring out so much joy and happiness through the packing lives and they become very addictive to watch 🤣 meaning your wanting to order more and more. Which is a good thing right? 😌 the website is a bery dangerous place as your seeing so many products michelle sells and you just cant choose what to get! 🤣🤣🤣 there is always new products coming in every week or so.
