No order no refund no customer service avoid at all cost

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I made an order on March 4th, and they took £19.32 from my bank account immediately. However, my account on their website still says "No order has been made yet."
​They are literally THIEVES. I have tried calling them dozens of times—THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I have sent multiple WhatsApp messages and emails, but they completely ignore their customers once they have taken the money.
​This is a fraudulent company. Do not trust them with a single penny. I am now forced to start a legal dispute through my bank (Halifax) and report them to UK Trading Standards. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Do not use.

Ordered. Took my money. Never received a confirmation email.

Can't chase as no order number.

They have my data because theyre asking me to fill this review in, so why no order?

Just not good enough.

I have not received the product. Ten days after placing the order I just got a refund without a single word of explanation or apology.

I haven’t received my order & not even an email to let me no when arriving

I placed an order on 30th November. It's the 13 December & my order is still being "processed". I've tried to make contact with the company but I'm getting no reply at all. I've had to contact my bank to refund the payment and order somewhere else. Very bad service & stressful so close to Christmas
There also isn't an option to cancel the order

What went wrong? Just about everything.

My order was accepted, paid via PayPal, conformation from Tamrah...

Several days later I received a refund, with no explanation, I contacted them asking why?

I have had nothing back from Tamrah at all. The items I ordered are still showing as available. Pretty poor service I'm afraid.

No order acknowledged, chased for an update a week later nothing dispatched.
No communication

Ordered and expected a delivery, messaged numerous times and did not reply. Then all of a sudden I got an email saying it had been refunded. Waste of time! Don’t bother! Buy elsewhere.

Item not received! Sender not responding to emails!

A week after the order was accepted, it was refunded without explanation. The goods are still advertised on the site and there was no response to e-mails. The phone number provided gives a not in use error.
This feels like a scam website.

Order arrived, bit of a wait but so happy it's here!!!

Delivery was cancelled after a week of wait with no reason communicated. Very poor service.

Promptly delivered. But no email to confirm receipt of order.

It’s been nearly a week
Just tried their phone on the website and the number is not recognised
But Evri delivered today my order and it had an extra present 💝

Still it would have been great if I didn’t need to worry about this order which would have been avoided with basic customer communication

I really do feel like this site just exists to rob people, I got sent a refund but they kept the £6 delivery fee I wonder how many people a day they do this with

Order never acknowledged, order never arrived.
No reply to emails or WhatsApp
Phone numbers are unrecognised.
Raised a dispute with credit card for a refund.

Misleading said on web site lots of stocks when they had none in stock

Sent me the wrong item and so far haven't replied to my email asking to sort it out
