Tilasin tuotteen, maksoin. Sain tuotteen, joka oli väärä. Tein reklamaation, johon Ideal of Sweden toimitti sekavat ohjeet saamani väärän tuotteen palauttamiseksi. Palautin tuotteen PostNordin kautta. En ole saanut mitään palautetta, en tilaamaani tuotetta/rahojeni palautusta. Huonoin kokemukseni verkkokaupasta ikinä. Tilasin uuden kotelon Gigantista ja sain sen kolmessa päivässä.

Tilasin marraskuussa 2020 blackfriday tarjousten huumassa useamman tuotteen, jotka eivät ole vieläkään saapuneet!! Tilasin suojakuoren ja magneettisen rengaspidikkeen, jotka olivat samaa kuosia. Pidike ja kuori ovat kuitenkin täysin eri sävyisiä vaikka netissä kuvissa näyttävät saman väriseltä. Kuori on saman värinen kuin kuvissa, mutta pidike on punertava. Palautus maksaa niin paljon että tyydyin pitämään tuotteet...

Toimutus kestää ikuisesti
Marraskuussa joululahjaksi tilatut tuotteet eivät ole saapunut. Asiakaspalvelu hidasta ja ei edistänyt paketin lähetystä. Vetosivat vain postin ruuhkiin, vaikka pakettia ei ole vielä edes lähetetty. Ei ole suuren summan arvoisia.
Kivat tuotteet, mutta hajoavat helposti jotennei hinnan arvoisia tai jos tulee viallisena tuote täytyy odottaa asiakaspalvelun vastausta/hyvitystä ainakin kuukausia. Asiakaspalvelun puhessakinnon korjattavaa, röyhkeetä.

Quality of the case is so poor that it…
Quality of the case is so poor that it did not last even one month. The case is losing color from every corner and I would not recommend this to anyone. Bought the case for work phone for elegant and stylish look, but now need to replace with another brand. What a waste of time and money!

hinta korkea laatu heikko. sain lahjaksi lahjakotin, mutta tuotetta ei voi käyttää MINKÄÄN ale-tuotteen kanssa. Esim. et voi ostaa -25% tuotetta lahjakortilla tai miinustaa sitä ostoksesta. Eikä lahjakortteja tietenkään pysty palauttamaan.

This is because our gift cards have been included in our campaigns and offers, where you have been able to buy the gift cards at a discounted price. You can view this in the product description of the gift card when purchasing one.
You can thereby see the gift card as an extension of the campaign. But we will forward your feedback regarding this! Furthermore, the sale will be over by the end of next week so you will be able to use it shortly.

Heikko laatu, korkea hinta
Tilasin uuteen mallistoon kuuluvat Moonlight Snake -kuoret puhelimeeni, ne ovat sivuston kalleimmasta päästä eli odotin myöskin laadun olevan sitä luokkaa.
Kuoret olivat väljät puhelimen yläosasta, laatu tuntui hataralta ja kuorissa oli pieni saumavirhe. Lähetin asiakaspalveluun kuvia ja videon, mutta heidän mielestään kuorissa ei ollut mitään vikaa. He tarjosivat kuitenkin -20% alennusta.
Tarkoituksenani oli lopulta palauttaa kuoret, sillä hinta jäi edelleen liian korkeaksi laatuun nähden, mutta tulin toisiin ajatuksiin, sillä palautus tapahtuu omakustanteisesti (n.20€)
Päädyin siis maksamaan laskuni ja pitämään kuoret, jotka jäävät kaappiin lojumaan ja ovat aika kamalat sekä laadultaan ”kiinakamaa.”
Aiemmin olen tilannut sivustolta ja ollut tyytyväinen, mutta tämä viimeisin ostos taisi jäädä viimeiseksi.

The covers are beautiful
The covers are beautiful, but I wish they were more durable - the corners get chipped very easily. The clutches would be perfect, if the magnet was more powerful; I find you have to be careful that the phone doesn't slip away, at least if you're not using the basic cover that comes with the clutch.
