Spent $3800.00 and hardly see a difference in my lines, so disappointed 😞

The staff is very friendly and very thorough on their services. They make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Ideal Image!!! Diane

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I promise you it will be the worst thing you ever did. I didn't even make it to the treatment with them and already are going to have to get a lawyer. They talk you into going through the financing people, then if something happens to prevent you from getting the treatment (pregnancy, sickness, etc.) they tell you too bad, they're keeping the thousands of dollars you financed (that they already took before you even go into treatment) and your screwed. Somewhere there is apparently a clause that says you have to cancel within 72 hours of making the appointment to get any type of money back. The only thing I can find on the contract says cancel within 24 hours of appointment. These are really screwed up people. I cannot believe this place hasn't been shut down. I should have trusted all the other reviews complaining about them being money hungry.

This place is no good. I made an appointment i specifically asked for the diamond glow. Asked where they did extraction I was told yes. Got there, they did no washing of the face, no extractions, no stem, just a wond and 15 minutes later I was done. When I asked about the extraction the rep says they don't provide that service. I requested a refund, and no one can give me answers. It's a hard no.

Went for Botox for frown lines”11” supposedly received 20 units of Botox..all it did was smooth some forehead lines & bright eyebrows up nothing with “11”
Returned in 2 weeks had to pay another $80 for more for “11” lines & a week later nothing
Total & Entire rip off!!!!

I Botox forehead she must have been playing Because I see no difference. I get the same amount every time from another spa. Save your money go somewhere else. Then they lied about not having any appointments no one was in there!!

I ordered and paid for a certain amount of botox prior to my appointment. Fine. I go into room, and the NP is marking up my face every where. Then tells me I need 4 more units or whatever at 9 bucks each and creates a bill of sale for $36 dollars that she says is irreversible. I have to pay, but I tell her I don't want to use it today. She says we can save it for another time. I go home, and wonder why I paid for something i didn't need or want and remember how she told me it was an irreversible bill of sale. I call them and explain I'd like my money back on 4 units we didn't use...the 36 bucks. They say ok, its buyers remorse. They call back later saying the NP used 2 units "because she thought it was needed" but did not tell me. So I only get 18 back. Talk to NP, she blatantly gaslight me and says we discussed a 400 dollar budget??? And I agreed. She's either a psychopath or she's mixing up the client. So now I have to argue about 18 dollars, and frankly they could care less. Because I asked for my money back, they sent me a termination of services agreement. Even though they admit to at least owing 18. Creepy experience DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They seem to be a switch and bait outfit! After the first treatment they came up with additional conditions to refuse the two other treatments I had already paid for! No reimbursement of the money! Stay away!

I received laser hair removal at Ideal Image, Coral Springs and during my treatment, I sustained a chemical burn on my face. The burn was painful, left visible marks, and caused significant discomfort for days afterward.

I followed all pre- and post-care instructions provided by Ideal Image, so there was no reason for this injury to occur. When I reported the incident, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously, and I did not receive adequate follow-up care or accountability from the staff.

Laser hair removal is a medical-grade procedure, and safety should be the highest priority. My experience left me feeling unsafe and unwilling to return. I strongly recommend that anyone considering treatment here research thoroughly and be aware of the risks.

I even escalated my concerns to the executives branch who simply informed me that this is an adverse reaction and cannot get a refund for the remainder of the services that I have not used.

If you are considering Ideal Image, I recommend that you read your contract as you only have two ways to cancel: the first 3 days of treatment or if there is a medical issue as outlined by your doctor. It is obvious that they are money hungry and do not care about their customers. The staff manager did not follow-up on my facial burn. I would never recommend anyone to this so called medical spa.

The rep, Tara Carrico, promised that a procedure would be completed within a month and a half (before our trip out of the country), which we discussed with her numerous times before signing the agreement.
She contacted us daily for a week through calls and texts until my
spouse and I finally signed the agreement. However, after
we made the payment, Tara disappeared and stopped responding. I attempted to schedule the service but was referred back
and forth between two locations, with each one providing conflicting information. Eventually, I managed to schedule the service, but they randomly changed the date to a day and time I could not accommodate. Even worse, when I arrived for the
originally scheduled service, a rude receptionist at Winston-Salem, NC, told me she would gladly issue a refund. After multiple texts and
calls to my sales representative, Tara, who did not respond to any of them, I submitted a dispute with my bank. On top of that, my spouse's procedure was canceled just 13 minutes before it was set to begin, and for unexplained
reasons. When my spouse requested a refund, they promptly sent a termination of agreement. In my case, I received a call from a representative named Abigail, who refused to disclose her last name. During the call, she bluntly lied about policies that are not part of any agreement we
signed, claimed that I cursed at her (though I only wished I had, considering her behavior), and refused to issue a refund simply because "she said so." I reminded her that these telephone conversations are recorded by her business, and she stated she couldn't care less because I can't do anything to them. It’s unacceptable for a business to operate in such a manner where one person receives a refund, and another does not based solely on
someone's arbitrary "saying so". Abigail even mentioned that she would place me in collections for payments for services I have never received, again stating it was because "she says so." When I requested to speak to someone above Abigail, she refused. This is an accurate depiction of their unprofessionalism. I asked Abigail at least six times to process a refund for the services that were never rendered, but she simply said no, because that’s how she feels.

Run from these scammers! I read reviews and thought it would not happen to me. Guess what—it happened to both my spouse and me! Don't be fooled. This business is a scam.

I am a returning customer and I drive over two hours every time I go.It is worth it to me!! Brooke and Denise are awesome and I get incredible results every single time!!

I wanted to share my thoughts about my appointment with Ideal Image, I was greeted with professionalism, the nurse really took her time and addressed all my concerns. I walked out feeling confident and will be back for more treatment’s. I also got a chance to talk to Nick, the new manager who seems eager to build more of a personal connection approach. Something you don’t see much of, in the corporate culture. 5 stars

Be careful this is the worse company ever they stole $1,112 from me. They don’t refund anything. I had to hire an attorney.

I contacted customer service right after my account was billed for a membership renewal, and I was assured that the membership would be canceled and a refund would be issued. However, this never happened. Two months later, I filed a dispute and received a denial letter, stating that they would still charge me for the unused membership renewal of $300. They seem determined to take your money without justification. My recommendation is to never store your credit card details with them, as it seems they are only interested in taking your money and resolving issues with them is virtually impossible. You'll end up wasting your hard-earned money. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, showing little loyalty to their customers. If your card is stored in their system, be prepared for unexpected charges for their services, which are not worth the cost.

Got my procedure last week with my CNP Margo .
Truthfully , I was nervous , Margo is a consummate professional 🥰
Margo immediately put me at ease talking about some common interest in gardening & farming . . The whole procedure was easy peezy ❣️
I have already started noticing a difference in my skin tone . Getting a lot of compliments on my skin tone from my girl friends . My husband too noticed a difference , which is a pleasant surprise 😘

Buyer beware!

I was really excited to start my laser treatment. However, I've been rescheduled for my initial treatment three times now. I received the text confirmations but then received the call an hour before my appointment time that they need to cancel because it was booked across someone's lunch break. Seriously! Keep in mind, the money has been paid but no service has been delivered.

I really hope they get it together soon.

Guys don’t go to this place. They will not honored lifetime guarantee membership. They basically lied to me. After I paid more than 6k dollars I was told that all my hair laser touch up was going to be 90%off for a lifetime which I accepted and it was like that for 3-4 years and now out the sudden they decided to change those prices to people who already are enrolled in the lifetime membership. They increased the prices crazy high. I don’t think is fair for old customers who enrolled in the lifetime membership. They lied to people and they are not a trustworthy company. I’m pretty sure they will loose a lot customers just like the lost me, my mom, and my friend. I will never recommend ideal image to anyone. I’m very disappointed. Unless they don’t leave the same prices as before like the contract I signed I will never go back or change this review.

My laser hair removal experiences are with mixed emotions!! If it wasn't for every single time I'm scheduled, I get a phone call to reschedule, my experience would be amazing!! Apparently, they can't keep staff to make anyone's experience amazing!! At the location I go to in Columbus Ohio, once you get settled with a provider, they quit, so they call me to reschedule with someone else but they schedule so far out that it's ridiculous! To say they don't care is an understatement!!!!! I am getting this done to feel better about myself, when all I feel now is worse!!
