Icylift is really hard to reach out. It seems no where to find out customer services contact information. Our bracelet was sent back due to delivery failure and no one has ever contacted us.

Ich bin überhaupt nicht begeistert von diesem Adventskalender, da ist nichts drin was den Preis rechtfertigt, kein einziges Nasenpiercing, dafür Schlüsselanhänger und ne Schlafmaske und vieler anderer Mist was in den Centbereich geht. Dafür bezahlt man soviel Geld und muss noch über zwei Monate warten???? Eine Frechheit.

I want to write this review as I can see that many people have bad intent or hate towards this company/buissness, many of the negative reviews are to do with contact which yes I do agree contacting IcyLift/ former IcyDaze is hard but if you are patient and do it right you will contact them. And just because a product was not delivered does not mean its a scam things happen and they cant control shipping and over factors like production and they give you a refund so why moan? If you were understanding you get to realisze how good the company is and how great the people are. We should support great wee buissnesses like Icylift insted of all the world controlling rich companies who "care" so much about their customers.
From my experience I can asure you that this is a great company and I reccomend supporting them,following them online
(IG/Insta) and buying something from them!

Armkettchen
Das Armkettchen entspricht dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Aber was die Lieferzeit angeht geht gar nicht. Ich musste über 2 Monate warten und nur durch ständige Nachfrage hat man sich darum gekümmert die Lieferung raus zuschicken. Das geht besser.

The bracelet lasted 4 days
The bracelet lasted 4 days, I was wearing it and the thread began to Frey and eventually split. Looks great and quality was as expected, just that the bracelet broke within 4 days.

Produkte sind stabil und wie erwartet sehr schön. Meine Bestellung kam jedoch nur zum Teil an, auf Nachfrage wurde nicht reagiert. Erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage mit Hilfe von Paypal wurden die Produkte geliefert.
