BEWARE!!!!I ordered a belt which came after a month of wait. To my utmost disappointment the fastening of the belt was missing, it is faulty. I contacted the email provided for customer services and have exchanged at least 5 emails with pictures of the broken belt , below is a copy of their response offering me a 15% discount on the purchase price for the faulty belt which cannot be worn at all without the fastening. The message is atrocious

Ordered two cord dresses. Only one arrived but they are adamant that I had two! I have sent photographic evidence but still they ignore it. I thought they were a German company but I see the tracking starts in China!!!! Beware buying from this scamming company. You will only get grief

Took nearly 2 months to deliver the shirt/jacket i ordered . looked nothing like the one on their website . Was horrible , ill fitting , looked like a rag and it is one of the word pieces of clothing if not the worst i have ever purchased . Their website looks like something spectacular and classy but the reality is nothing like it

Imposter company that represents as if German and yet products are directly shipping from China and there is no change in status of tracking since first day ordered and now this is day 13. Had I known it was shipping from China, I would have never purchased.

Wow. I wish I had read these reviews. I’ve been ripped off too. They claimed the cargo pants were stretch breathable material. They arrived 3 weeks late and are made from the cheapest cotton. Unbelievable. I stupidly pays £100 for two pairs. They have obviously tried getting out of it.
I’m now on with my bank to get my money back.

Die haben mir Meroniwolle versprochen und billigste Vollsintetik geliefert. Die Reiseverschlüsse waren schon defekt. Die Ware muss für teures Geld nach China geschickt werden und die beaupten noch nach 4 Monaten sie hätten nichts erhalten.

Meine Lieferung ist nicht angekommen.

Ich habe dort 2 Ringe a 30€ gekauft. Sie sind von so schlechter und billiger Qualität, dass selbst Ringe aus dem Kaugummiautomaten dagegen gut aussehen.
Man kann sie nur sofort in den Müll werfen!

I got zero empathy and standard robotic sentences about their policy . I don’t want money back I want to return the item and get a larger size but they wouldn’t . I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone they have no compassion you are just a money making number to them. Now u am stuck with something I can’t use that I paid £54 for. Angry is an understatement!!!

THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered four items of women's clothing. These arrived but were a strange shape. I immediately tried to contact them saying I wished to return the items... they replied repeatedly offering me offers of a discount on further items, many replies were in German and I repeatedly asked for the return form which was never sent to me. Only then did I look at other reviews and realise that I am unlikely to get my money back ... unless anyone has any ideas. I paid with a debit card, and wanted a refund... argh..

Auf der Seite wird suggeriert der Shop wäre in Düsseldorf. Liest man das Impressum taucht plötzlich eine Firma in HongKong auf.
Google Rezessionen kann man nicht öffnen und zusätzlich läuft bei fast allen Artikeln eine Uhr, die Druck erzeugen soll.

Hace un mes realicé la compra de un jersey y, a día de hoy, sigo sin recibirlo. A pesar de ello, continúan enviándome mensajes indicando que el paquete ha sido entregado, lo cual no es cierto.

He pagado 50,00 € por un producto que no tengo, y la única respuesta que recibo son correos automáticos pidiendo disculpas, sin ofrecer ninguna solución real.

Por mi profesión realizo compras online con frecuencia, y nunca me había encontrado con una situación así.

No volveré a comprar aquí ni lo recomiendo.

Habe einen Büchertrolley bestellt, Bestätigung erhalten, dann ein paar Tage später eine „gute Nachricht“ (KI-Generiert) Das Produkt sei ausverkauft, und man gebe mir großzügig einen 100% Gutschein für etwas anderes. Ich habe Rückerstattung verlangt, aber nach den anderen Bewertungen zu schließen sehe ich vermutlich mein Geld nicht wieder.
