Really poor quality item
Really poor quality item. We ordered a personalised lamp/ vase. It was literally a sticker of a photo stuck on the lamp. Really tacky looking

No customer service
My product was faulty and burnt out and nearly caught fire on Christmas day after only having the product on for 45minutes. Despite numerous emails every day I haven't had a single apology and only got 40% refund which I am entitled to a full refund as the product was faulty and damaged making it unusable

I paid for DHL express for 2 to 5 days
I paid for DHL express for 2 to 5 days. They ship it out of China, which in no way shape or form, it gets to your door in 2 to 5 days from China. It has taken more than three weeks to get my order. So if you order from this website, just know that it will take about a month to get your items and don’t pay the extra expedited shipping because it is definitely not worth it.

Item received was smaller than pictures made it look and the pictures are not printed and framed, it is just a piece of wood.
Very misleading.

The product himself was great but the waiting time was way to long( make sure u give it 1 month before to have it to make a
present to someone) and transport was not very good, the box was smashed gladly was nothing to break.
The only bad thing is that isn't a way to see how the personalised objects will look like until u don't receive them at home.

I’m pleased with the product
I’m pleased with the product, but the production and shipping time was longer than expected and the website offered little information as to the status while my order was being processed. However, when I emailed to ask for an update I did receive a prompt and personal response. I would recommend this merchant, but would advise others to be aware of the processing time and be patient.

I ordered the same item as I wanted to put it in another room. I was more happier with the first product, the second one looked it was made in a rush. The name was smaller and further from my name, a bit disappointed.

I ordered 2 personalised bracelets for my wedding and when I followed up to ensure they would be delivered on time, I have to admit I was sceptical.
However, I got immediate responses to say the production and shipping would be expedited and the bracelets turned up on time and look stunning; really well made, with quality materials and the quality of engraving is excellent. 100% recommend.
