The product quality is garbage
The product quality is garbage, avoid this company at all cost.
What they sell for "outdoor" numbers for homes is a thin plywood (1/4 inch) with a thin veneer and a cheap plastic cut out for the number and name. And... to attach it to your home - two pieces of double sided tape ... works great on stucco.
Tried for a refund - no go - "check our site, no refunds"

STAY AWAY! THE PRODUCT THEY SHOW ONLY IS FROM A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER. THE DESIGN THEY MAKE IS GARBAGE. THE LIGHTING NUMBER I RECEIVED IT BARELY HAS ANY LIGHT AND ITS MADE OF CHEAP PLASTIC.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. My order arrived damaged all scratched and scuffed. Wires broken and snapped and upon contacting the company they told me to keep it and use it and they would refund me 10% of what the item cost. Still fighting for a full refund. The item is unusable and so unsafe they wanted me to check the product works with broken and snapped wires and electrical hanging out of it. Basically asking me to potentially electrocute myself. They then tried to offer me to pick something else on their website, why would I want to risk ordering something else when the state my original order has come in is appalling. DO NOT ORDER from this website they take your money and have no care about customer service!! Truly disgusting and shouldn’t be a running company.

Items came damaged they resent still damaged and refusing to issue my money back! Horrible customer service! Do not buy from this company!

I placed an order middle of January still haven’t received it for Valentine’s Day and I paid for express shipping that was 45.00 and said 2-5 days! Will not order from this place again didn’t reimburse me would not suggest it. It’s a scam.

PLASTIC MIRROR
I ordered the heart shaped mirror with an engraved name for my daughter's birthday. You would think when you hear mirror, it's made of glass!!!!!! They sent me hard plastic with someone else's name on it!!!!!!!! You can't even see out the damn thing!!!!! It doesn't give you a description of the item your purchasing!!!!! I thought it would be a mirror made of glass!!!! I will not be recommending this place to NO ONE!!!!!! I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANY ITEM FROM THEM EVER!!!!!!

The product is inferior- definitely not worth the money. It’s not even nice enough to give to my granddaughters. I asked to be able to return my product and they refused.

The item came in way smaller than I expected. The same product in the picture was way larger and more of what I was looking for. The picture definitely was a misrepresentation of the product.

Sign was much smaller than expected
Sign was much smaller than expected, which was really disappointing. They should’ve advertised the length and the width of the sign not just the length so that you knew what size it was going be when it arrived. The package came at the size I was expecting but unwrapping it I discovered that it was a quarter of the size, I wrote to the company advising that I was unhappy with the size of the sign, but I never got a response.

I received 2 products but one was faulty and after a few emails to locate the issue they sent me a replacement which is working. As long as you are not in a rush for your goods then i would recommend them as a seller.
