Very rude attendant
Very rude attendant.
He was curt, abrupt, sharp and extremely authoritative throughout the drop off and pick up process. This was unlike previous experience at this garage that were absolutely wonderful. It makes us second guess if we will ever choose this garage again.
Everything else was great. Prompt delivery of our vehicle, efficient payment process, etc. Just an obnoxious employee.
This used to be our preferred garage, especially since it is steps away from our sons apartment.

The guys were not particularly welcoming at this location.
It wasn't very busy but even so they seem to put out having to retrieve our vehicle. This location has two different sides, we were asked to walk from one side to the other to make a payment even though there was a payment terminal where we were standing, and then the guy was annoyed when he realized the car was on the other side and it first did not want to let us exit on our chosen side. Just not a great experience.. which is unusual as most locations are great
