ICONIC LDN
ICONIC LDN : Poole Dorset. Order placed early December 2025. No delivery by 22nd Dec. No response to three emails messages. The phone number on their website is amazingly for Suicide Watch! Is that for their staff or the customers who are ripped off?

Thanks for your review, for your information we have a really flexible return/refund policy, maybe you should have to send us a request sooner(as your parcel has been delivered a week ago and your first reply was during the last night) , as usually we always receive your email between midnigth & 2 AM, and this is why we always reply the next business days. But I can confirm that your request has been accepted & you already receive the confirmation email.
