I just received my order of a personalised DJ desk ornament. I am so disappointed as it looks nothing like the advertised picture & description. To say it's a figurine ornament then get a flat acrylic print is a joke. $85 Australian dollars for that 😠
Very poor customer service,overpriced item,Sent my item back and took them over a month to say,I will receive my refund,which I had to write twice a week to them.finally they admitted they received the return and were willing to proceed with refund after 4days of having the return back. Till today I'm waiting for refund,plus I've been informed that I will be charged over £11 for REFUND TAX, pure thieves and scums
I would have appreciated to be informed in advance that after my purchase on Your website I would have been charged a 123€ import fee!
In these conditions I will hesitate from now on to make a New purchase on Your page. This is a Pity.
Thé Customer must be informed given the important amount and price of the article

Before placing an order through our website, you’ve been notified with a message “additional customs fees may apply”. Also, our website allows you to pick your preferred delivery courier, with accurate shipping rates as well as an estimated amount on the tax & duty that is due on delivery.

I was surprised to pay extra fees for shipping after I bought the article, it would be preferable to know the exact cost of shipping worldwide when we pay for something.
In my case I had to pay half the price of the jacket that I bought in shipping fees and if I wasn’t really interested in the article I would send it back without hesitation.
Hope you will find a way to inform your customers of the exact extra shipping fees in the future.

Firstly, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Before completing your order, we have given you two opportunities to read our Terms & Conditions, as well as a note mentioning the additional customs fees, which may or may not be added to your bill once reaching it’s final destination. As the UK has recently left the EU, importing and exporting goods are now subject to additional fees.
Nevertheless, we are working hard on finding a better solution for this particular problem, as it is causing a lot of confusion and distress.
