Ordered an item recently relating to nail fungus treatment. Useless.
I would not buy from this company again.

Disappointed in the product and the service. I wish that I had read previous Trustpilot reviews before ordering.
I ordered a mouth guard after being advised by my dentist to get one for teeth grinding.
After reading the reviews on the website (which I can only assume to be fictitious as they do not reflect TrustPilot reviews), I decided to go ahead and order.
I received notification of my order and the payment was taken. After a few weeks I hadn't received the item and was advised by Jeannie 'not to worry' and that I would receive it. No confirmation of dispatch or any information on when it would be delivered.
I chased it up a few more times and when I said that I wished to cancel the order, the product then arrived in a few days.
It wasn't what I was expecting and I couldn't see how it would work in my mouth as it's in one piece that covers the top and bottom row of teeth.
There were no instructions and I had to request them.
I queried with Jeannie that the product wasn't suitable and asked what I needed to do to return for a refund. I was offered 20% refund and to keep the product.
I declined this pointing out that on the website it states '30 day no hassle money back guarantee if customer not happy'. I was advised that this only covers faulty items (which it does NOT say on the website). I was advised that I couldn't return it for a refund as it was 'similar to what is advertised'.
I emailed again explaining that they cannot offer money back guarantee's on the website and then not follow that through.
Jeannie then said that I would need to send back to China as that is where the item was dispatched from.
There is a UK address on the website but I was told that I could not send there.
So to sum it up, I have an inferior product (worth a few pence), which I paid £20 for.
The only way I can return it is to send to China, which is obviously going to be too costly.
So I've wasted £20 and am still searching for the right product from a genuine company. Companies should not be allowed to do this.

Isn’t there an option for zero stars?! Shocking service even though I carefully observed the Returns Policy online I am now refused a refund because I didn’t send in a picture of the tracking number??!! DO NOT BUY HERE AND DO NOT TRUST ‘JEANNIE’.

I ordered at exactly 1 month ago, still waiting, I’ve asked for a refund but it was refused, as they said they have shipped it… luckily I paid with PayPal, so, I can recover my money.
I won’t recommend this company.
Update: I received my item after all 👍

Absolute rip off. Didn't get the correct goods I ordered. Contacted company who promised to sort. Had to email four times but eventually gave up.

I really wish I had read reviews first as others have had similar problems.
Scared to use the LED mask I purchased as it is obviously a cheap fake and is not the one advertised on the website !

Any one can help me how can I contact them, because I sent many emails to their email in particular to Jeannie but she ignores my emails

After numerous attempts to get a refund for my product and totally being ignored the order that I no longer want and told them I didn't want has been shipped after a month of issues.
Customer service is disgusting at this place. 1st and last time I will order from this place.

Absolutely awful company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM,I ordered and air-wrap 13th of December, it arrived the 28th December, melted damaged could not use, I emailed straight away and sent photos like they requested, which went round in circles they kept sending the same emails before telling me a news one would be sent,this was on the 17th of January which was the last time I heard from them and nothing since ignored every email I even tried the WhatsApp number on there site and Facebook nothing, all I want Is my money back. Disgusting how a company can do this to people.

Item ordered from this place start of December with a 14-21 day delivery expected,item didn’t arrive contacted icicosmetic Jeannie assured me on its way couple of weeks later still nothing. Jeannie said new item will be sent as must be lost but never had any tracking details and item didn’t show up.
Filed PayPal dispute which is still ongoing,item finally arrived on 8th of feb. Really cheap quality and damaged box didn’t inspire confidence. On checking the item it is of inferior quality visually but when plugging in to test it does nothing at all so after over 2 months waiting a faulty item shows up. In all honesty it’s probably done me a favour as I am not keen on my daughter using given the visual inferior quality,I would not be happy having her use it on her hair as I don’t think I could trust it not to burn her, give her electric shock or set on fire.
I have given 1 star as that’s the lowest I can give.
Not holding out much hope of a refund once PayPal dispute is resolved though.

I have experience similar issues. My parcel arrived after 8 weeks and on the top of that its not working! I have checked company address before purchasing and it was London. Also I didn't noticed any clear information during my purchase that the shipment is from China.
I have requested refund and will wait 24h before I open a dispute through PayPal.
8 weeks and £40 waisted!

Not happy at all, no one has gotten back to me about my order spent over £100 on something i now believe is a scam i am absolutely fuming and will not be purchasing from here again!

Well, at last after 3 previous reviews the refund for my order of 12th Sept 2021 & returned registered post straight away has been processed & yes arrived in my bank account, only took best part of 4 months. Preserve people.

I ordered 2 months ago, and when I chased up my order at the 4 week and then 6 week mark I got spun a web of lies by Jeannie. First it was that my order was delayed, then it was that they had forgotten to send it in the first place. When I asked for my money back they stopped replying. Please don’t waste your time with this company.

Update: Because I purchased via PayPal, I just explained what happened and I’ve been issued a refund. All the best everyone with getting yours back too!

Product was poor quality for money they offered me fourty per cent off I refused now they return to China. When it came from UK? Now they are ignoring my emails they state they won't let you take s loss,but I'm £40out of pocket would never have bought if I'd read reviews first hopefully Jeannie will read this and help.

Be careful, don't buy them.
I received an incompleted ítem and it doesnt works. So I reclaimed them to return it, but first they said to send me a new one, then they said that they Just have sent it ( a lie, because I didn't received a new one, and finally they said that it Was on delivery.Finally I have decided to return with a cost of 20€ and I hope to receive a reimbursment of all I paid.

I Wrote a review A few days ago and they replied to my review on here but still are ignoring all of my emails !No reply to any email. Never experienced this before from any company as all I want is a reply to my emails. They have avoided every email. My product hasn’t arrived for a month and every review is terrible. Don’t buy from here. Won’t offer a refund and offered me only 40% off but won’t even reply to a email to accept that

I bought an anti wrinkle chest pad, waste of £18.95. It is just a piece if sticky silicoln which does nothing to stop the chest from wrinkling up if you pay on your side. It gets hair & fluff stuck to it & is just a total rip off for an item that is no where near worth the amount of money I paid for it.

Do not buy from this shop…
Ordered a hot hair brush but a Chinese replica/fake arrived which was damaged in transit. Initial response was okay but once they finally agreed to refund, they asked the item to be returned to China at my cost. Consumer rights does not require you to pay for return costs. Communication has now broken down and I’m still awaiting my refund. I’ll have to recover costs via bank. But plan to report company to trading standards.

Do not buy from this company!
I have ordered from this company a while ago, I emailed them as I didn't receive my parcel for over a month. They asked me to contact my local Hermes. I have emailed them back to send me the proof of delivery and didn't get any response since then.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM!
