Still haven't received my order. The postal service returned the order to icemob because of insufficient address. I don't understand why the address I provided during purchase wasn't used.

Chain is nice and looks really nice, I get a lot of compliments on it! And I like the shine on it! For sure I will def be purchasing another one in the near future

I’ve had my iced link bracelet for about a week and I’ve noticed fading in the clip, I’m not sure if this is normal or if a little bit of water from washing and towel drying my hands is supposed to do that

Company claims that these chains will NOT turn your neck green. This is false advertising. I wore mine for 4 days and on the 3rd day, I already had a green neck mark… it’s a shame because they look and feel great but I cannot stand the green neck, especially after I was sold on the idea that it wouldn’t turn my neck green. Disappointing & I really wanted to enjoy wearing a shiny Cuban link. Unfortunately, not the case in my experience.

I like the shine, but at the same time it told me this chain had vvc diamonds, and when I got it in, It was sterling silver with no diamonds

The product looks fire. I bought the 14mm Cuban chain but if your wear it for more the 6 hours my neck breaks out into a very painful rash. 😬👎

I purchased a pendant & tennis chain. Diamonds look very clear and product high quality. Only thing is I had to pay extra $52 for customs cost. I would have liked to know that before I placed my order. Customers should be informed about the extra costs

Never received this item. Maybe delivered to wrong address. Don’t no but what I do no is I NEVER RECEIVED THIS ITEM. I hope I get a response. I’ve read the reviews of your company and sad to say their is many delivery issues. It’s very upsetting that your company can’t provide a better source of shipping. UPS is not an acceptable shipping source I wish you would ship the product I order( maybe) in the future. Please if you want anymore business from me FIND MY PACKAGE or replace it. I’m very angry over this and it’s not the money it’s being told the package was delivered and it has not been delivered to my address. I only have delivery problems with UPS deliveries.

Very happy about my purchase. I ordered a 3mm micro cuban chain. It's shiny and heavy, so it looks like it's made of high quality materials. It was 40$. Not too much, not too little. The right price. Also the packaging Is really nice.

I ordered a $200 piece from IceMobX. I requested a return but they keep taking forever to reply and saying they need to investigate this and that, They're pushing it to till the end of the return period so I won't be able to return it. They are scammers and do not honor their return policy.

I over the fact that Icemob is always looking for making new things, try to work with customers on custom products.
Had no complain on any product.
