Stay away. They dodge their warranties and their products fall apart

I bought a bracelet and paid close to $700 for it. You would think it would not break within the first year. But it did, I contacted customer service and was told the warranty does not cover accidental damage. It was no accident, I was sitting at my desk and it fell off, thought the clasp came undone, picked it up and the link between stones was broken, just sitting at the desk, looks like the weld in the silver broke. But they will not do anything, says its accidental damage. What a bunch of BS, Do not buy from them, stuff looks nice but falls apart and they do not fix or care once they have your money

ORDERED 2 MENS RINGS LOVED THEM, UNTIL STONES BEGAN FALLING OUT. ONLY HAD ON WORE FOR JUST OVER 2 MONTHS, SO CONTACTED SUPPORT VIA EMAIL, THE ONLY WAY TO CONTACT AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REACH BACK OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS, WELL ITS BEEN 4 DAYS AND NOTHING........WANT POOR QUALITY AND NO SUPPORT BUY FROM THEM, I WILL NEVER AGIAN

Absolutely horrible experience
I ordered a bracelet November 16th 2025
I was told in multiple emails throughout December January and February that my bracelet will be shipped in a couple weeks. Finally in late February they said the bracelet they made didn’t meet their “quality standards” and that they can’t send it to me. They are refusing to fill my order because of the rising silver prices and the bracelet on their website went up hundreds of dollars. Will be reporting this scam of a company to the better business bureau.

Fikk som svar en grundig forklaring om hvilken løsning vil være best for meg.
Når jeg prøvde å bruke Mobil i Thailand fungerte ikke ICE sine tjenester- ringing, tekst og Mobil data.
Fikk litt forskjellig forklaringer fra kundeservice.
De beklager at det ikke var som informert.
Konsekvens er at jeg måtte betale betraktelig mer, faktisk fullpris. Regning ble tusenvis av kroner for noe som skulle koste maks 6-800 kr.
Tok kontakt med ICE når jeg kom hjem fra ferie, uten at det har hjulpet.
Eneste løsning er å gå tilbake til Telia ettersom jeg sitter igjen med en elendig opplevelse fra ICE. Syns ICE må ta ansvar når produkter ikke fungerer som reklamert. Back to Telia!

Great customer service, these guys are on the ball and they don’t play. Always treated me with the utmost respect and the quality of the products are fantastic. That paired with amazing customer service makes me confident to always recommend this business to anyone who is in the market for some clean fresh ice.

What a scam company. I purchased a necklace from them about 1 year ago. Well it broke and I reached out to rectify the situation but apparently their life time warranty does not exist. They told me because they no longer make the same piece I was basically out of luck. Never even tried to say hey the piece cost you X return it and we would like to let you pick something else out. Nope I was told if I had just contacted them sooner they could’ve done something. How am
I suppose to know when their piece of crap would break. Buyer beware because that lifetime warranty is a scam. Look anywhere else for your jewelry just not here. What lies they sell you on. So make sure your stuff breaks before they move on to something new. I guarantee that’s their exact motive. Make it for X amount of time switch it up an in their minds the warranty is no longer accepted. I will expose you for what you really are.

i’ve ordered once before in the past and now again may i add this company are absolutely outstanding for there quick communication and their pieces are always coming top quality i couldn’t of asked for a better service even in the middle of moving facility’s still keep me updated and shipped out my piece rapid once again i must say just one of the best companies by far that i’ve bought from most definitely be buying more when they release new batches to the uk outstanding business 💯

I ordered a silver chain from them and accidentally ordered a size that didn't fit me. Thankfully the customer service was super helpful and FAST. I got my chain shipped back and they had me the right size on the way very quickly. Will definitely be using them again!!!!

It’s been almost 5 weeks since I’ve ordered my chain and I still have not received it and every time I email them they email me the same standard response as if it was copied and pasted.

What’s wrong how am I enjoying my ice? That’s funny because I never got my ice. Never got the jewelry that I ordered and I’m pissed off. It’s funny that you guys give me an email that says my jewelry was delivered and only jewelry that was delivered was a box. That said hello ice and jewelry I do not recognize, but yet you guys say that’s not yours and that you’ll have to get a hold of the post office when you guys are not doing nothing to try to help me find my jewelry that I paid for from your company, that I will never order anything again from, it was my first time trying you guys and look what happens. This is never happened to me before . I paid for jewelry from your company Ice Mob and I don’t receive what I ordered but yet got some other jewelry that I never ordered that has the word ICE on it. So I will not recommend any one to this company especially because you guys don’t care and just leaving me hanging, so how can you do better deliver the right jewelry that your customers order, this company sucks!!
