From that started as a simple phone call about another vehicle, Frank was a fantastic salesman. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable from the beginning.
I would highly recommend this garage and team to anyone I know and I will be more than happy to use them again in the future.

Please please be extremely careful when buying a car from this company. I would strongly strongly advise not to purchase a car from them unless you have an independent car inspector to check whatever they are selling you is ok.

Bought a car from them in April 2024 and within 30 days , the cars windows wouldn’t close and the engine light started flashing. We called RAC who ran a quick check and the check came with a long list of issues. Contacted IBZ motors which was really difficult and extremely rude staff , we ended up taking the car back. They fixed the windows and claimed the engine light was only flashing because it needed Ad Blue.

We got the car back and the light disappeared but it started flashing again after a month. Again we took it to a garage and again the check came out with a long list of issues like before , inlcluding the turbo charger , the engine needs changing which will cost thousands to repair and I’ve only had this car for 5months I contacted IBZ regarding this broken car that they’ve sold me and they just ignored my messages

I am currently talking with the finance company regarding this as IBZ I will fight till the end! They have ignored my messages because they know exactly what they have done

I am disgusted by how I was treated here by this company I was sold a car which had so many problems with it and in the end it broke down and left me stranded in the middle of a busy motorway with my babies in the car I had told the company of the many issues and they did not fix it and I asked for a refund and they told me it’s not their problem please do not buy from them they sell faulty dangerous cars. I spoke to another customer who experienced the same and the company just laughed about it! They have stolen my money and risked my kids lives I am fuming!!!!

Please be careful when purchasing any car from IBZ Heath Chadwell health RM6 4HJ. I would advise not to purchase car from them. If you must buy from them please get an independent car inspector to clear that whatever they are selling to you is ok.

I am currently talking with Advantage Finance with issue of misfiring that I have to repair recently. I introduced someone to them also and they sold totally broken car.

As I am writing this message Ombudsman has instructed Blue Motor Finance/IBZ Motorz to refund all payment back after independent investigation.

I just purchased it one month ago and the A/C of my Hyundai ioniq is not working (I haven't check it but don't expect it is not working just two weeks after the purchase.
Besides, the IBZ Motorz agent said they have changed the engine oil before send the car to me, but it is not recorded properly on the service history booklet, they also said they will send me a separate proof but I haven't received yet.
I have a gut feeling that they just bought the car back and sell it directly without thinking about the maintenance issue. They also told me to contact the Hyundai directly if there are any problems. No matter the warranty is still valid, the basic functionality of the car dealer is to keep the car perform well before selling to the customer, please do not just looking at the profit.
