A horrible experience from start to end! I was sold an unroadworthy car which they later said was sold as spares and repairs which was never advertised! The safety report showed all sensors had been replaced showing they knew of the problems and attempted covering them up. The dash board light it like a Christmas tree! They lied making empty promises to repair the faults and then stopped communicating. They insisted I made a bank transfer rather than carrying out a card transaction meaning I was unable to dispute the purchase with my bank! I ended up taking IBZ MOTORZ to small claims court and WON! The judge ordered the return and refund of my money paid in good faith! I nearly had to enforce the court order as IBZ missed the payment date and still argued over text messages. IBZ MOTORZ failed on every level and are crooks on every level! Avoid using this garage unless you want additional hidden repair costs or months of litigation!
I WON THE COURT CASE! THEY ARE LAIRS AT NO POINT WAS THE CAR ADVERTISED AS SPARES AND REPAIRS! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE AND NEVER PAY BY BANK TRANSFER!

At IBZ Motorz, we take customer feedback seriously; however, we must strongly refute the claims made in this review.
The vehicle in question was clearly advertised and sold under our "Spares or Repairs" category, which is intended for trade or parts use only and not for road use without proper inspection and repairs. This was clearly communicated at the time of sale, and all documentation provided reflects this.
We categorically deny any attempt to mislead or conceal faults. The reference to a “safety report” is misleading — vehicles sold as spares or repairs are not sold with a roadworthy guarantee, and any expectations beyond that are unfortunately misplaced.
We also reject the claim that we insisted on a bank transfer to avoid dispute — many customers choose bank transfers for convenience, and we have never discouraged the use of card payments.
While the buyer did pursue a claim through small claims court, we complied fully with the court’s ruling once all proceedings were concluded. We maintain that we acted within our legal rights and responsibilities throughout the process.
IBZ Motorz has served hundreds of satisfied customers over the years, and we remain committed to honest, fair business practices. We understand that not every transaction will meet expectations, especially when vehicles are purchased under clear terms like "Spares or Repairs," but we will always stand by the accuracy and fairness of our listings and processes.
EDIT We’re disappointed to read your comments and would like to provide some clarification for others reading this review.
The vehicle in question was clearly advertised as a part-exchange clearance vehicle at a heavily reduced price, sold without warranty. It was not described as a fully roadworthy retail car. Despite this, we note that the court ruled in your favour, and while we respectfully disagreed with the outcome, we complied with the judgment.
Since the vehicle was returned, it has been resold, and the new owner is very satisfied with their purchase. A follow-up inspection has shown that many of the issues claimed were either exaggerated or unsubstantiated, and as a result, we are now considering further legal action to address what we believe to be a false claim.
We understand that some individuals may try to use legal processes to reverse purchases they regret, but we take pride in operating fairly and within the law. We encourage all potential customers to read and fully understand the terms of sale—especially when purchasing vehicles listed as trade or clearance stock.

Buying our new Mercedes A class
The whole experience from start to end was simple and straightforward. No sleezy salesman chat. Just straight forward , helpful polite. Answered all questions. Negotiated couple of things. We are totally happy with our new car, so far , only had it a couple of days. Faz is calling me to replace a part next week. Faz seemed a nice guy.
Going forward, would use this dealers again.

DON'T TRUST THEM - SOLD SEVERELY FAULTY CAR
Horrible Service and refusal to accurately repair an extremely faulty car they had sold me. After 3 months of purchasing a vehicle here, I found out a whole array of issues with the vehicle totalling over 1k in faults. I took the vehicle to Halfords for a service and was advised they were surprised it was sold in this condition.
There was issues with the brake fluid, air filter broken and oil filter housing broken and leaking. More recently, I have also gotten mail correspondence from BMW advised since manufactured, the wheel may have been adjusted and the vehicle could be recalled to repair the airbag deployment.
This garage are terrible for responding to complaints over the phone and will later claim that they have never heard any complaint from you. Try and keep all correspondence in writing.
