We are an award-winning importer of authentic and traditional Spanish products, our main aim is offering a unique range of products, carefully selected in person. Our portfolio includes more than 300 products, from 50 different suppliers, many of whom are dedicated family businesses that have farmed for generations. We are based in Henfield, where we have cold rooms for refrigerated products and we hold a 5 star hygiene rating, our premises being approved for food preparation by the local authority. We work with many of the best food establishments in Sussex and London, which seek to provide authentic Spanish flavors to their customers. We use overnight courier for nation wide deliveries!

The products are great but the parcel…
The products are great but the parcel was broken and badly handled. Moreover, I ordered the food on 8th August 2024 and it arrived 5 days after, on 13th August 2024.

Great service, end to end
Well managed, had everything in stock, exceedingly polite service with a courier speed to match.
I had to make a last moment adjustment to my order and Martin from Iberica Spanish Food could not have been more helpful. Truly excellent service, end to end.

Very unlikely to use again
Delivery box badly damaged on arrival, arrived at least 24 hours late (so chilled products not chilled), 2 tins dented and one jar of lentils lacking liquid so layer of black lentils at the top. Also jar of tuna had been so shaken around 25% tuna in tiny bits - for a £6 jar.
Called and complained - very polite, hence very grudging 3rd star. Photos requested of all damage, and then more as angle not right. Provided promptly, but 24 hours later, silence.
Hugely disappointed. Have not yet used most products, can only hope they make up for experience so far!

GOOD OIL, SERVICE & COMMUNICATION
Good communication from the vendor and their carrier, and a satisfactory delivery time. This is a good quality, adaptable olive oil, which we have used before, and in these cost inflationary times, the price remains competitive.

Good product and price
Good product and price - but the delivery is too slow for the amount charged for delivery hence the 3 stars.

Bad products presentation
Tuna jars' metal lids rusted, apparently advertised on the web product ("product discounted due of lid rusted") information not visible unless you click the pictures, no transparent information.
Olives cans dented in various areas.
Both products with really bad presentation that can affect the quality of these food. I don't know if I can trust these products.
Customer service's answers really poor, always blaming something else (advert, courier) etc. I sent pictures to customer service of both products but it did not help. You can not see products with this presentation in a supermarket.

Quick delivery but unfortunately one of the items was incorrect. No exchange as it’s a frozen product. By way of explanation an email indicating that the item I purchased (listed on their website) was unavailable and to be discontinued, so I was given a similar one. Better service in other Spanish food websites…
