Cancellation rights
I was introduced by Barnard Marcus to sign up with Iamsold. Beware of the contract, it mentioned that you have 14 days cooling off period, but they will arrange a single viewing to take off your rights for withdrawal. Easy to get onboard with them, but difficult to get off. Think twice before you sign anything with them.

Katie Cammack, was my completion specialist for a recent purchase, and she made the conveyancing process far smoother than I expected. She kept me updated at every stage, so I never had to chase for news, and she was quick to prompt the solicitors whenever things needed moving along. Review of bungalow sale
We, my brother and I, would like to say what an easy and straightforward service this has been from start to finish!!
Charmayne, the main person in charge of our sale and mediator has been a little star. She kept us informed of every bit of info required along the way keeping things very proffesional but at the same time extremely friendly. The actual form filling at the begining of the process was easy enough to navigate and any problems, Charmayne or any other members of her team were their to help...mainly Nikki.
We would recommend this service to anybody

A friendly, lovely company
We lost our dad and we (my brother and i) were sorting out the selling of dad's bungalow.
The process was made so easy, Charmayne and Niki kept us informed all along the way. They made a really distressing time, after losing dad, as easy and as comfortable as possible. As soon as the contracts were exchanged, our money was paid in immediately.
I would highly recommend this company. A definite 10 out of 10 for the whole team!
