I have visited many African countries, and based on my experience, IAM has been one of the worst. The service is extremely poor, and the prices are excessively high. In fact, it is even more expensive than European countries such as Spain, France, Germany, and Italy, even though the average income of a European citizen is around 1500 euros, while the average income of a Moroccan citizen is about 300 euros.

Extremely disappointing service. Despite paying for high-speed internet, speeds are consistently slow and the connection drops frequently. Customer support has been ineffective, and billing issues have added to the frustration. The price is far too high for this level of service. Avoid if possible.

Arnaque, mauvais rapport qualite / prix

I don't even know where to start. Slow speeds, constant outages, AND they overcharge you on top of it all. You're literally paying a premium to have internet that doesn't work.
The connection drops regularly not occasionally, not during bad weather, but consistently. I'm paying for a speed I never actually get. Run a speed test and watch it laugh in your face compared to what's advertised.
And the billing? Somehow it's up to the roof. Fees appear out of nowhere. You call customer service and get bounced around until you give up which is probably the whole point.
This ISP takes your money, delivers the bare minimum, and counts on you having no other option.
Would not recommend.

My internet is very bad and I am not happy at all. It keeps not working and is slow sometimes and fast sometimes but mostly bad. I already told you before but nothing changed and it’s really annoying.

Maroc Telecom offers extremely overpriced internet for very poor quality. Slow speeds, constant interruptions, and unreliable service.

The worst Service ever

A fraudulent and corrupt company that monopolizes the market with exorbitant prices and poor service, customer service is nonexistent.

this ISP has a monopoly here. The prices are very high compared to the quality of the service.

Imagine, one gigabyte costs $1! These scam companies are bleeding Moroccans dry.
