Easy to order, came when promised, but the socks (as big as they were supposed to be) are very tight on even just a large calfed man. If legs swell, they are extremely hard to put on or take off. Order at least 2 sizes bigger, if they're available, and if you are a big person.

Support was the best- very prompt & responsive.
A little slow for the USA "market" deliveries.
Quality of sock is lacking somewhat for being a compression sock. Ankle segment leave a lot of
"loose thread ends" which hinder a smooth foot
insert. Great, however, for extended wear !

Order placed 11/16/24, order is still in China 11/27/24. I believe the web site claims fast shipping. I needed the support socks. Won't do business with them again!

Not transparent. Ships out of China. Wait wait and wait. Website said delivers in 3 to 5 business days. I am on day 10 and shipment still in China.
Response is boiler plate response. 12 days later and still shipment is in China. This company is not transparent, it is not located in US and website is vague. You never were going to deliver in 3 to 5 business days. You website should say your in China , and that you take forever to deliver, and I would have purchased else where.

Shipping and expectations for delivery were not as clear as we hoped. We ordered 9-29 and product delivered on 11/2. Would have been good to know the timing.

Unfortunately the size we ordered was not as expected and we should have ordered a size smaller.

We do like the socks colors and pattern!

Very comfortable to wear. My last pairs were too tight on my toes despite saying/having a dedicated toe section but these were great!

Scam Alert! Good luck with customer service. Order placed over two weeks ago, was supposed to deliver in 3-5 days.

No Hykle name on socks as advertised so I don't know if these are Hykle socks or not.

They made a huge difference with my plantar fasciitis for sure. Customer service is also great.

Hykle hs been nothing but helpful for my feet. At first I bought the insoles for my work shoes. I work 12+ hours as a nurse and my feet use to hurt after every shift. Now I feel so much better that I even started using them with all my 👟.

Im wearing hykle socks and insoles for 6s months now and so far they are perfect for my plantar fasciitis.

I am an avid walker and average between 10K and 20k steps/day.
I have Planter Faucitis and have tried all types inserts. Hykle brand works the best to give me relief I really need when I walk.
I placed an order yesterday and put the wrong size down, so I needed to cancel. I emailed the co and it was taken care of that day. That's what I call great customer service!

The insoles helped my foot pain. Now I'm waiting to receive the socks and try them too.

I'm satisfied with the service. The insoles are durable and long lasting. This is the second time i'm purchasing from this vendor.

Fits perfectly and nice design.

The sole looks premium made and the delivery is fast. Still early to say anything else but so far so good.

It took some time to test it as I had to exchange it for a bigger size. Seller sorted the thing s fast so I give him a credit for that. The sole is durable and made with quality materials. Follow the instructions on the box to trim it and will see how comfortable they are.
