De website van huure is hell handig, maar ik mis soms wel wat extra informatie over de buurt en mogelijkheden. Maar toch ben ik blij met de woning die ik gevonden heb, vooral omdat er een tuin is voor de kinderen en onze katten.

Good experience
The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. It is full of offers and it makes it easy to contact the landlords.
The customer service is very efficient and the operators are very kind: I've had a problem with my subscription, they answer my email within the same day and solved the problem. Nice!

Na allerlei frustraties op andere platforms vond ik hier snel een woning die aan al onze wensen voldeed.
Mijn kinderen en onze hond zijn dol op de tuin, en het hele gezin voelt zoch hier al thuis.

+Huure takes a hefty price to simply let you go to unprotected places like facebook or whatsapp to make deals. I would recommend to use housinganywhere or Kamernet and simply accept that apartments are expensive...

• Huure does not encourage or require users to move conversations to Facebook or WhatsApp. Communication with landlords happens directly between the parties, and we always advise users to remain cautious, never transfer money without proper verification, and report suspicious behaviour to us immediately.
• We actively remove accounts that violate our terms. Unfortunately, like all rental platforms, we cannot guarantee that every landlord will respond or behave appropriately. However, when cases are reported, we investigate and take action.
• Subscription value: The subscription provides access to landlord contact details and listings. We do not charge for “external platforms,” nor do we facilitate transactions outside the platform.
We understand that the rental market—especially in competitive cities—can be challenging. However, it is important that feedback reflects how the service actually operates.

Dank voor uw reactie. We betreuren het dat u deze indruk heeft gekregen en willen graag enkele punten verduidelijken.
Onze website is transparant over de kosten en de aard van de dienst vóór een abonnement wordt afgesloten. De betaling betreft toegang tot contactgegevens en zoekfunctionaliteit — wij brengen geen kosten in rekening voor het huren van een woning zelf en wij bemiddelen niet in betalingen tussen huurder en verhuurder.
Wat betreft het opzeggen: het is onjuist dat opzegging niet mogelijk zou zijn. In uitzonderlijke gevallen kan een technische blokkade optreden om misbruik of ongeautoriseerde wijzigingen te voorkomen. In zulke situaties wordt het abonnement direct beëindigd door onze klantenservice zodra wij worden gecontacteerd. Er is geen sprake van het bewust tegenhouden van opzeggingen.
Wij zijn geen oplichters en hebben er geen enkel belang bij om mensen geld te onttrekken. Integendeel: wanneer gebruikers problemen ervaren, helpen wij actief en lossen wij dit op conform onze voorwaarden.

Fake listings and no validation from owners
Hello,
I was going to subscribe to Huure subscription service to search an appartment rental in Amsterdam.
The first listing that was dispayed for my search seems too nice for the price (700€/ momths for 60m2…)
I screenshot the photo and search in Google images who found the real appartment listing in Berlin for 1850m2 /month.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
We take reports of fake or misleading listings very seriously.
While we actively monitor and moderate listings, we rely on users to report suspicious ads so we can investigate and remove them as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, scammers sometimes reuse images from other listings across different platforms, which is exactly the type of behavior you’ve described.
We do verify landlords before allowing them to post listings, but no system is entirely immune to attempted misuse. When a listing is reported and found to violate our guidelines, it is removed immediately. Tthen the account is blocked, and the user reported to the correct authorities.

Mucho cuidado con las fechas y los cobros después de la suscripción de 1 euro!!! Me cobraron 50 euros y ni me enteré hasta que lo vi en la cuenta, por suerte les pedí que me reembolsaran el dinero y aceptaron correctamente.

I have been more than satisfied with the service, it was really helpful for searching accommodation as someone who lives far far away from Maastricht. The cheapest prices available on the market were listed and it is reliable. Additionally I had a problem with payment and I got a refund after I explained the issue. They are understanding and user-friendly.

A rich resource platform for house searching
I had a really frustrating time with apartment searching. In the past week, I basically checked out almost every house rental platform. The prominence of Huure is that its housing resources are comprehensive and updated timely.
Their response is also efficient, which makes the whole communication very smooth. I'll use it and recommend it to others when I need to find an apartment again.
