Disappointed with Royal Mail
I ordered a watch on 27th February and still not arrived 7th March! Hurleys have now responded to this review and I can now see that the watch was sent to Royal Mail on 2nd so it seems the fault has been with Royal Mail. I was so disappointed because it was a leaving gift for my colleague and needed it for Friday. The watch arrived this afternoon and it’s beautiful. I will change my rating now with trust pilot

After looking into your order, we can see it was placed on 28th February and dispatched on the next working day, 2nd March. Unfortunately, Royal Mail didn’t scan the parcel into their system until 7th March, which caused the unexpected delay.
While the hold‑up was outside of our control, we truly apologise for the inconvenience it caused. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and we hope this experience isn’t taken as a reflection of the service we work hard to provide.

Visited the Hurleys store at Middlebrook and had a really good experience. Staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Good range of brands and everything was well laid out. Will definitely shop here again.
Unfortunately didn’t have the new seasons Sandbanks range.

Hurleys is my goto place for gifts for my husband and son in laws. (I often manage to sneak a treat for myself too). They only sell top quality brands and the staff are super helpful.
