So update they gave me my money back in…
So update they gave me my money back in site credit still feel it was u fair and that a 14 day returns policy when i explained about being out the country was unfair but is what it is they refunded my delivery charge but in all honesty will not be using the site again had they have took a view on the situation i would have more than likely ordered again but oh well

However, our returns policy allows 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund, and items returned after this period—but within four weeks—are eligible for a store credit. In this case, the credit was applied to your account in line with that policy.
We appreciate that this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry for any frustration caused. We do, however, need to follow our policies consistently to ensure fairness for all customers. Please know that we’ve done everything we can within those guidelines to assist you.
