I had mixed experiences with Hunts England. While their personalized cards are beautiful and often as described, delivery times can be unpredictable. In one case, my package didn't arrive, but they were responsive and issued a refund. Despite the inconsistencies, I would consider using them again. Overall, a decent experience.

We’re truly sorry for the delivery delay. While we dispatch all weekday orders placed before 2pm the same day, we rely on Royal Mail, and their timelines can occasionally vary, especially during key times such as the run-up to Christmas. We completely understand how frustrating this must be.

Brilliant service
There was a slight delay in receiving my card, due to the courier and not the card company. After emailing Hunts I was promised a quick replacement using their fastest courier. The card arrived a day after this promise. I will definitely use Hunts again for greetings cards because of this service and the fact that they really are such lovely cards.

Order delivery wait issue ,*now resolved*.
My order took a while to get to me but I am pleased to report that as of late this afternoon, the order is received. Thank You, Mr Hunt, for your understanding, pleasant and helpful email. I appreciate your Kind gesture for the delivery wait and inconvenience.
Excellent customer service to resolve the issue and I will certainly use Hunts England again in the future.
