Excellent gift, arrived to their door on the day it was booked for. Hamper basket very good quality and can certainly be reused. Everything inside looked very tasty and they were delighted with their gift

Ordering process was easy and I liked that you could select each product to create a specific hamper. It was for a birthday gift and being able to select each product ensures that nothing will be wasted/not used. The cost is visible as you make your selection allowing you to stay in your ‘budget’. The recipient was delighted with the gift which was delivered on the day I selected so two very happy customers. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed choosing the gifts for my hamper to make it special and individual and the choice of items was excellent:
Ordering and sorting delivery dates was very easy and I was kept informed of progress by email.

I ordered a build your own box as a gift for my Auntie. She was greatly impressed with the product, and I was of the selection. All communication was great I knew exactly when it had been prepared and shipped and she got a text day of delivery so she knew when to expect it.

It arrived well packaged and the items I’d picked were all great quality - would definitely order again.

I ordered a hamper to be delivered as a 50th birthday gift. I selected the chosen delivery day (Saturday 4th July), filled the hamper with lovely things and paid. The day before delivery was due, the courier DHL emailed to say it would be delivered 2 days late on Monday 6th. I called Artisan Deli customer services to query this and ask what could be done, and was informed the delivery postcode in northern Scotland was one they can't guarantee delivery for. I noticed nothing to inform me of this when purchasing. I explained that if delivered late the gift would be useless, as the recipient would be away for work after the weekend for several weeks. The customer service representative told me she would call DHL and try to get it delivered on the Saturday and that she would email me back with the outcome. She didn't email me back. I emailed Artisan Deli twice more over the weekend requesting an update, and again on Monday 6th. I am yet to receive a reply...

A gift like this is likely to be for special occasions, and so the company needs to ensure they honour the delivery date - in my view this is as important as the contents. Their failure to delivery on time and lack of communication with me since has left me substantially out of pocket for a gift that hasn't even reached its recipient, and meant my brother didn't receive a gift from me in time for his 50th birthday, which I am very disappointed about as he is going through a rough time and this would have been a lovely way to lift his spirits.

I won't be ordering from Artisan Deli again, despite the lovely range of treats, and would advise all potential customers to check the delivery postcode isn't exempt from their delivery guarantee, and make sure you read the small print....

It was the first time I had ordered from Artisan Deli Market and it was a gift for a family member. They were really delighted with both the products and the way the hamper was presented.
It was a really easy ordering service and so good to be able to build my own hamper around what I knew the recipient would like.

I ordered a hamper online, but it did not arrive on time, because of this late delivery several perishable food items inside had already spoiled by the time the package arrived.
When I contacted customer service , their response was incredibly disappointing. They told me to simply throw away the spoiled items and consume the rest. I find it completely unacceptable to pay full price for a ruined gift, only to be told to sort through off food.
I am highly dissatisfied with this experience. I have requested a full refund and am currently waiting for the company to resolve this properly. I cannot recommend this company based on their poor delivery reliability and shocking customer service.
