Stay away to this store. They don’t accept return and don’t give refund. I bought here necklace soo thin and the word is unreadable. I contacted them to return they replied after 1 month and said not refundable.
I ordered from them on December 5th never got confirmation of order only to be told 1month later that it was delivered to a address I never heard of and they told me I would not get a refund because I did not put my address correctly DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!¡¡
I ordered 2 necklaces for my daughters for the holidays and they said delivered and I never got them. I'm upset. I want a refund.
Please, please do not order from this store. It's fake and a scam, which is the same thing. I ordered two necklaces for my daughters for 2025, but they sent me ones for grandchildren. I checked my order, thinking I had made a mistake, but I don't have the confirmation, and I know what I ordered. I sent an email to the address they provide for returns, but it doesn't exist; I can't even send it. I have proof of everything. I tried to find them on Amazon, but nothing. This store is awful. I hope they get shut down.
You could improve by sending the product i ordered it has been over 40 days. Not a company I would recommend or buy from, going through the steps to get my money back
Company is garbage. Don’t order from them. I ordered a “From Dad” journal for my daughter. Took 18 days to arrive from China, which isn’t a big deal. Post office wouldn’t deliver, said it was a fake USPS label on the package, so I had to pay for shipping again. Got home and opened it, and it’s not even what I ordered. It’s a “From Mom” journal. Avoid at all costs.
I had to touch a star to get to this part. I would not give them any stars. I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas on November 25, 2025. I have yet to receive it. I’ve emailed their support customer service three times and have not received a response. There is no phone number to call very unprofessional. I believe they are a scam. I would not recommend this company to no one. Thank you, Teresa Higginbotham.
I never received the bracelet ordered for my grandson. Customer service says they will resend, but never did. I will now contact my credit card company for a refund
Everything I got fit flawlessly and seemed just as it did on the webpage.
Wouldn’t cancel order within minutes of accidental purchase. Customer service was slow and English seemed to be a challenge for them. Same merch available on Amazon for a small fraction of the price.
I ordered 3 necklaces. The company sent me 1. I threw out the packaging expecting the other 2 to come in another shipment. I contacted the company which appears to be a Chinese company. When they returned my email they asked for a picture of the packaging which I did not have. I was angry as I have ordered online many times receiving items in different shipments and never had to save packaging.
After several weeks I did receive the other two necklaces. They were cute but not worth the hassle.

I placed an order on October the 9th 2025 and I can not track it and they will not respond back to me. Order number is HIMM-65004. I am going to rebuke this charge. because I have emailed them twice and they don't have a phone number. I still do not have my order.
