We have been using the Huggg vouchering system for over 2 years now and our experience has been nothing short of excellent, we are now fully using this method to give out vouchers and it has been very helpful to our customers.

A Valuable Resource
Huggg has been a valuable resource for us in administering the emergency fund we have available for residents. It has made our process so much quicker and simpler, with much less room for error. The team have always been really responsive and supportive when we have questions - all in all, a great service!

Brilliant service which we've been using for nearly 18 months now. Easy to use, plenty of options for the vouchers, and a customer support team that are a pleasure to deal with. Cannot recommend them enough. If you're not using them already then you should be!

Huggg has changed the WFH game!
Huggg has changed the way we reward & recognise our colleagues. Since transitioning to working from home we’ve found employee gifting a difficult and cumbersome task. Huggg allows us to quickly and tactically thank and praise our colleagues for a job well done. We particularly love Gifts With Choice, as it means colleagues can select something they really want, and have it delivered straight to their door.
My Favourite features:
- Easy to use website with great filters
- Great for sending multiple gifts at once
- So clear & easy when it comes to keeping track of budgets (even better that unclaimed gifts drop back into our account to re-use, massively cuts down on waste)
- Has allowed us to empower our leaders by giving them access to funds to reward people for a job well done
- Love being able to track the status of gifts - we can see what’s popular and what works for our people.
Overall, Huggg has changed the game for us, and we’re so glad we found them!

Absolute disaster
Absolute disaster! Placed the order, got confirmation number and never received the order! For over two weeks I've been trying to contact the customer service, they only reply I get is "send the link" which I have already three times....getting absolutely nowhere and being completely ignored. Don't know what else I can do, this was a gift from a company , so I can only make sure our corporation never use Huggg again!

The Huggg team have always gone above and beyond to assist us even when what we require is not a request they usually accommodate. I have nothing but good experience using Huggg.
