Recently launched a company-wide recognition initiative and found Huggg to be the most suitable platform to reward colleagues. Super-friendly and engaging team, easy onboarding process and simple to use software. Very impressed!

Exceptional customer support and a wonderful experience for our employees as a Festive gift. A great choice of quality, delightful gifts that gave people freedom without overwhelm. A really easy user-experience and would absolutely use again.

Won a lovely award at work and was given a £30 voucher to use on Huggg, which ended up being the Pasta Evangelists kit. The main arrived but was missing the side (which was lovely, in all fairness to them), after minimal emails back and fourth they are sending what was missing, and an item as a goodwill gesture which they did not have to offer but is greatly appreciated! My experience with Lewis at Huggg has been amazing! He has been incredibly helpful and has made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The platform is super user-friendly and I love all of the features!

The Huggg platform is easy to navigate and I can easily search orders via the Voucher History tab. Also, being able to send vouchers in a bulk order was very helpful too.

I run an energy project for Citizens Advice and use HUGGG to facilitate the production of fuel vouchers and supermarket vouchers to send to clients in fuel poverty. We've found the company to be extremely efficient with instant assistance online for queries and support. We've had no problems with the production of the vouchers and the process has run very smoothly.

Had a great experience with the Customer Care Team at Huggg.

After originally refusing my request they reconsidered after Taz raised the query for me (much appreciated, Taz). They were quick to act and it displayed a rare amount of humility and care for their customers to go back on their word.

Since then, Lewis and co have shown great ownership from start to finish and I'd recommend this platform to any other businesses looking for a way to share and foster a great team spirit through healthy competition - I know my team have improved hugely and it's largely down to being able to reward their performances in a accessible and fun way.

Such a simple easy gifting platform to use! The time it takes to gift hundreds of employees something is the same as gifting one employee something which i love! Also a great variety of gift options available and love that you can send a gift of choice so the employee can select and get something they would actually like!
