HudsonBluDesigns Recensioni

I have followed Hudson Blu Designs for a long time and knew I wanted a bag from them for my wedding day! They did not disappoint!! The quality is incredible and you can see the hard work that goes into to making their products. My beautiful handmade clutch was such a statement piece on my wedding day and I received so many compliments from our guests. I would strongly recommend

Dress I ordered fitted awful and the fabric so wrinkled I cannot tell you how bad!

The experience I have had is amazing and my bag is absolutely beautiful. The customer service is second to none and I couldn’t recommend Hudson enough.

Thank you so much!!!

All I can say is wow. My bag for my wedding is absolutely stunning. Abby kept me well informed and communication was amazing. The colour match to my Sophia Webster Pink butterfly shoes is stunning. I love love love my bag and the date inside is just the icing on the cake. I’ve now just seen flower girls bags so will be ordering those too. Highly recommend.

I ordered a personalised bag in October for my daughter for her wedding. Admittedly it’s not until next year, so there is no rush.
However, after a few emails there has only been one email to say that it was being shipped, that was on the 20th November. No bag has arrived and unable to track.
I have emailed again asking what is going on, but I’ve had no response. Very poor customer service. Just a simple message saying they are busy is fine but there has been nothing.
Would not recommend if you are in a rush for a bag.

I reached out to Abby with a design I had in mind, and she absolutely outdone herself! The quality, the design, everything about it is incredible. From my first initial email, to the moment I had the bag in my hand the customer service was impeccable. Honestly could not recommend enough!

Great experience from Hudson blue designs!
Ordered my bag a week ago and came so fast! It’s exactly what I wanted and customer service skills are brilliant fast reply’s and so friendly! 100% recommend

This company has gone above and beyond for me with my order , the best customer service , the items received have been just perfect , one was for myself and one was a gift , they are both gorgeous , highly recommend Hudsonbludesigns xx just fabulous

Being a last minute bride I messaged Hudson Blue designs for a rush order, from the first message to delivery absolutely perfect customer service. My order was bumped up and communication was perfect! 4 days and counting till wedding and I’m sure it’ll have many compliments. Excellent quality!

Ordered the tassel bag for my wedding and i absolutely LOVED it! It was stunning and loved the fact i could get our date personalised inside it. I wasnt sure of colours but they were so good at helping me pick and replied so quickly!

I brought two bags for me and my daughter, I got them personalised too. It added to the extra glam of the bags. I absolutely loved them. They are incredible quality and the service was amazing, I’ll be back for more for sure. Highly recommended xxx

HudsonBlu designs are absolutely amazing!
From the beginning I have had a great experience! I had emailed quite late to request a bag and they managed to squeeze me in last minute to make sure I had my bag for my abroad wedding in Santorini! The bag is so beautiful and I'm so grateful that they were able to fit me in at such short notice! I would and will be 100% recommending! Thank you so much!

Absolutely beautiful bag ordered for my future daughter in law, the only thing I would advise is to order in plenty of time because it does take a while but definitely worth the wait

The one star is purely on customer service… I am yet to receive my order that was placed 10 weeks ago so is not judged on the product.

I ordered a personalised bag on the 13th May for my best friends wedding in Aug 2024. On the website a personalised bag would take 6 weeks so haven’t chased until after the 6 week period.

I have sent many emails and messages over social media and I have not had a single response as to my order.

I am very concerned that the website is a scam and has taken my money but won’t be receiving my order.

I love shopping at Hudson Blu Designs.

Over the past couple of years i have made multiple purchases from this store and have always been very pleased with my order. Especially when I came up with the idea of adding multiple gold stars to one of the bags I was ordering and they couldnt have been more accomadating.

I’ve bought several items from these girls and it is my favourite place to get bags from now! I’ve bought for myself and as gifts and always get compliments about them. My hen party clutches and my wedding beaded clutch were so perfect they made my day extra special with the personalised details that I can keep forever. Nothing is too much for these girls and they are so helpful. They will help you with whatever your ideas are! Now that’s special customer service!

Thanks so much for being amazing as always!

I’ve made multiple purchases from the lovely ladies at Hudson Blu and will never stop purchasing from them! From their customer service to the way it’s packaged to the products themselves it’s always top quality service! I’m so thankful I found the company because their weekender bags are my absolute fave ! 😍😍

Beautiful wedding clutch

Bought a custom wedding bag for my sister. Had sent the company a DM over on Instagram to enquire about colours & they were so helpful with all of my questions! The bag is amazing quality & my sister was over the moon. Highly recommend!!

I can't rate Hudsonblu highly enough. They were great from start to finish. Helped me with colour choices and when the product came I was blown away. It's got a real weight to it and you can tell it's made with quality.

I’m always a bit sceptical ordering things online as items never turn up like the pictures but i have ordered 6 different items each time they've not let me down and they look amazing, the service was fast, I was kept upto date throughout the process. They also arrive in lovely packaging.

I now have 3 bags, a Toiletry bag and 2 little Toiletry cases.

One of the bags I wanted wasn't on the website but I knew they did them as had seen in a previous pic I got in touch and they were able to do this for me

They have such a good variety and very good communication and customer service skills.

Website is lovely & easy to navigate also.

There’s a bag for everyone for any occasion. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!
