I cannot recommend HudsonBluDesigns more! I was so honored to be their first order to America!! I could not find the perfect clutch for my wedding for the life of me and of course the one I wanted was in a different country. That did not stop HudsonBluDesigns from trying to see if they could ship out of country for the first time. I am so appreciative that they looked into this option for me because I now have the wedding purse of my dreams for my big day. They were so kind and receptive whenever I messaged them. My bag came out absolutely beautiful. I cannot wait for all the pictures I will be taking with my purse in it. I seriously cannot recommend them enough!!

Amazing personalised customer service, left getting bride a wedding present until bang on the lead time on the website. But was told if I ordered straight away order would be prioritised and that it was. Done in plenty of time and no stress at all. Amazing product, amazing quality Amazing customer service. 10/10

I found a bag on the website I really loved (shoulder wedding bridal bag) which was all over beaded design with Mrs *initial* on. I emailed to check whether this would be available with a scattered pearl throughout as I had seen a similar design for another item. I received a really lovely and speedy response that this wouldn’t be a problem and notes would be added to my order for the time of making! I am absolutely delighted. The wait times are understandably longer as items are totally personalised and such amazing quality, I think a lot of work is by hand which is just incredible! For the work, quality and design it was worth every penny, I couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to use my bag for my hen weekend and wedding day!
An absolutely stunning product, amazing quality, the bag is so sturdy, well finished and spacious without looking cumbersome!

I honestly cannot recommend Hudson Blu Designs enough. My bag is absolutely incredible and is everything I hoped it would be. They listened carefully to what I wanted and created something that feels completely personal and unique, it is even more beautiful than I imagined.

The communication throughout the process was great. Once the order was placed, replies were sometimes a little slower than I expected, and I’ll be honest, there were moments where I started to worry. I think part of this comes from seeing posts and updates on Instagram and naturally assuming that if someone is active online, they must be able to respond to messages straight away. However, it is important to remember that this is a small business creating handmade, intricate pieces, and time spent posting content does not necessarily mean they are available to manage messages alongside making orders. Every time I did need reassurance, I received a response and was kept updated.

The bag did take around five months to arrive, but this was something I had factored in because it is a completely handmade piece. My advice would be to order early, I personally wouldn’t order something this detailed with less than three months’ notice. Give yourself plenty of time, forget about it for a while, and then be prepared to be amazed when it arrives!

I cannot wait to use my bag at my wedding. It is going to be such a special part of my day and I am so grateful to Hudson Blu Designs for bringing my vision to life. The wait was absolutely worth it, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a truly unique handmade piece.

Have tried ordering a personalised bag for our flower girl and as the wedding was in just over 6 weeks from the order date, I messaged HudsonBlu immediately to ask if this was sufficient time. Just under 3 weeks to the wedding now and despite sending several further emails I have not had any replies whatsoever. I’ve now messaged and asked for my money to be refunded however based on my experience of this company so far I’d be surprised if I receive a reply. This will be taken up with my card provider. Zero customer service, and as yet zero product arrived. I would not deal with this company again.

Ordered a personalised bag for my honeymoon delivery took a little longer but that wasn’t a big issue however when it arrived there are beads missing, ink on the bag, the name is not straight. I could have probably got better quality from SHEIN! I have emailed and messaged on Facebook with no response. I have now taken a payment dispute up with my bank! I thought I was buying good quality for the price

HudsonBlu were so very helpful sharing colour samples with me before ordering and my clutch has now arrived and it is everything I wanted and more! Thank you so much, highly recommend

I ordered my wedding clutch bag from Hudson Blu Designs and cannot compliment the bag or the girls enough! I enquired via instagram with a few personalisations I wanted to my bag and the girls were SOOOOO helpful in making sure it was perfect and it was. The quality of the bag is second to none! And definitely worth the wait. I then went on to have a custom hospital and nappy bag made by Hudson Blu, too. Honestly the best company! Cannot wait to order more from them in the future 🥰
