Product ordered was not what I needed but what service person said I needed. Was told I would receive ordered in two days. Got two boxes in three days and the third box in six days.

Since you have already ordered the correct product, we would be happy to pick up and refund the item that was incorrect. Just call or email our Customer Service Dept. and we will take care of it. It looks like the third box was picked up a day later than the other two, which delayed it over the weekend, our apologies.

Not knowing what you were told, the standard time is 3 business days and does not count the day it ships.
