I never received a receipt for my order …
I never received a receipt for my order which I paid for using my own credit card. It was sent to someone else in my company who did not place it. Very strange and concerning.

Outstanding customer service. Each time I call to place an order I received courteous and outstanding customer service. The representatives are thoughtful and gives recommendations if the item I want is not available.
An item I purchased, was damaged when I received the item. I contacted customer service with all the information and the pictures of the damage item and without any hassle, the representative processed my claim and I received a replacement item the following week. Hubert deserves the highest recommendations for their outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work in providing outstanding service to your customers.

Someone here should have offered to send the items that were in stock and backorder only the pourers. That way you would have had most of your order sooner.
