Lack of knowledge

Only issue I have was there was a small order fee applied I had no idea about .I might have been able to combine the shipment to one location and saved that charge if I had know

Hubert has great customer service and …

Hubert has great customer service and most of the time the have what you need and if they don't they go find it.
If every company had your customer service where you can talk to someone right away, not put on hold or have to hit a number of button before you hear a live voice. it would help in what is provided.
Please keep up your great customer service...

Great customer service. Extremely polite and helpful. I would highly recommend and plan to place more orders with you in the future.

Almost 3 times the order amount was …

Almost 3 times the order amount was held on my credit card, in weird strange amounts and took quite a while to be released. Super confusing. Such a terrible set up I doubt I will shop here again.

Hello David, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you had this experience with the credit card issue. From what we understand, each individual bank controls the credit card authorizations on their customer's account. We try to ship all orders within 24 hours so that the money will not be held but will be billed instead. We hope you will come back.
