Excellent staff with good knowledge of the product giving an excellent explanation so I could make an informed decision

Alex and Rich were very efficient and helpful. Two very excellent workers.

We were helped by Lynn in Warrington store was so empathetic and helpful towards my Mother in Law . The shop is clean, smelled lovely and was a welcoming environment we were encouraged spend as much time as we liked trying out chairs even with a coffee and biscuit! Yes the items are more expensive but you come away feeling like you have had a good service and a quality product with great assurances.. Lynn was a star!

Lynn in the Warrington store at junction 9 was amazing. Very helpful indeed. Gave us confidence in what we were purchasing. Allowed us to take our time in choosing and also tried her best to give us a good deal. Brilliant store and quality furniture.

We could not be more happy with the quality of service provided by Len and the other staff at HSL whilst we were evaluating replacements for our sofas. We visited HSL on four occasions as our decision evolved about which sofa to select from several that satisfied our size/style requirements at various suppliers. Most important for us was that Len put us under no pressure to make a decision during this period and provided all the information we requested in a friendly and relaxed way. Our decision came down to the high quality of the products available at HSL, which were significantly superior to those from the other suppliers both in style and comfort. We now look forward to receiving equally good service when our new furniture is ready for delivery.

Once the decision was made to purchase, they brought us tea and biscuits. So nice

Would give 6 if I could. Lynn and her colleagues were so helpful and put us under no pressure to buy. But we did buy some beautiful Ercol furniture. They were great at helping us to select fabric.

Kate was excellent in talking us through reciner options and sizes. She gave no "hard sell", emailed me sizes and after measuring up, I returned and Kate placed my order. She explained clearly the order process and timescales and mum is now eagerly awaiting her reciner.

Chris & Alex who delivered my chair were really friendly and obliging. First class.

Rang saleslady kate at Warrington previously to visit explaining our needs/requirements for furniture on arrival to our appointment she had a list of suitable pieces that might suit needs which saved time and confusion while not being pushy or overbearing

Just purchased a recliner chair from the Warrington showroom and I’m impressed enough to write a review. The staff are welcoming, empathetic and knowledgeable. Lynn was great and couldn’t do enough to help and the other staff were all supportive. Great experience and recommend to anyone.

I visited the Warrington branch to purchase new furniture for my home and was assisted by Sarah who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She guided me through to make sure that I was happy with my choices before I made my purchases.

Good service both in ordering and delivery

Knew what I wanted before entering the store so purchase procedure was smooth and straightforward. Impressed with staff person I dealt with.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we entered the shop - having viewed the sofas for a while the salesman who was called John came over to assist us. John was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products, helpful but not in any way pushy. We purchased two sofas and a chair because we felt the quality far exceeded the products we had viewed in other stores, we perhaps paid a bit more but in our opinion the extra quality was worth it. A good all round experience greatly helped by John.

My daughter and I visited HSL Warrington and was greeted by Lyn and a gentleman doing work experience with a smile and offer of help .They were informative and listened carefully to my needs Nothing was too much trouble le and showed us various chairs evan gave us tea and biscuits .we felt relaxed and not pressured we went to have lunch and think about what we had learnt and returned happy to order mmy chair thankyou Lyn
