Why didn’t I do this sooner
From going to view the chair and purchasing to delivery has been so easy, too easy. I’ve a back injury and have a chair that supports me is amazing. Truro show room was beyond helpful and supported me in choosing the right chair with common sense and knowledge of the product. Beyond perfect. Extremely happy however I have been left with the feeling of why didn’t I do sooner. Fantastic delivery service & customer service.

We visited Truro HSL today and were met by Maria who was friendly and welcoming. Maria helped my dad find the perfect chair by listening to his requirements and guiding him through the range. Excellent service, thank you.

A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY SELLING FIRST CLASS PRODUCTS
We were treated very well by the staff at HSL at Chiverton in Cornwall and they went to great lengths to ensure that the chair we were purchasing for my wife was the correct size, type, and fabric that we were looking for. They were informative and friendly and we would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for really good quality furniture. The delivery was also quick and went without a hitch. Thank you HSL CHAIRS for your professionalism.

Always a pleasure to visit and buy from HSL Truro. The staff are professional and knowledgeable and always happy to help.
On receiving our latest item of furniture, delivery team Martin and Jack, worked quickly and efficiently to assemble and demonstrate. Polite, friendly and professional at all times!

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Sales lady at Truro branch very helpful, allowing time to try several chairs, making sure I was completely happy with my choice. Delivery was sooner than I expected, excellent communication and team were very professional, again making sure I was completely satisfied

We recently visited the Truro showroom…
We recently visited the Truro showroom where Helen made us most welcome and answered all our questions. We were able to try various riser chairs which is what we were interested in and eventually found what we were looking for. Now that we have it at home we are delighted with it so can recommend our experience, many thanks.
