Excellent customer service from Lesley and her colleague at Swindon.
Answered all our questions and was very patient with multiple mind changes!!
We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality furniture.

The furniture purchasing experience from HSL from first contact in the showroom to delivery six weeks later has been entirely satisfactory.

I had a good idea what I wanted and the saleslady (Lesley) advised on chair size, demonstrated the features and discussed all the options. She took my order and told me what to expect, and when.

Everything went as predicted and five weeks later I had ‘phone call from HSL to arrange delivery the following week - 22 October ‘25, a morning delivery. On the day the van driver ‘phoned at 8.00am and duly arrived at 8.20am. The crew of two were very organised and the job was complete by 9.00am.

The furniture is exactly what I wanted. In particular the reclining armchair provides a degree of lower back support which I had not fully appreciated in the showroom. I am delighted at the level of comfort.

Overall, this has been a very satisfactory experience. The service from all HSL staff involved has been second to none.

Very helpful staff with great product knowledge and consideration for my situation. Not pushy sales - comfortable experience.

Received excellent customer service from Kerrie in Swindon branch, and Pauline in Cheltenham branch. They, and their colleagues in each branch, were ver helpful,knowledgeable, and patient (whilst I tried to make up my mind about options). Both branches were noticeably very clean and tidy too.

Just concluded ordering two Stressless chairs from HSL Swindon. The specialist/ saleslady Lesley was entirely professional and knowledgeable. There was no alternative agenda to influence my purchasing decisions and I was never rushed despite making 2 long visits to the store. Just good old fashioned courtesy. Thanks.

I have already reviewed our great experience in the Swindon store when choosing and buying our suite - with Jakub and Kerrie - but now I can review the delivery and the actual furniture!
Our delivery men were Raymond and Armani and what a brilliant team they were! They were polite, friendly and fun! Not to mention efficient! They kindly moved our old furniture into the garage for us, as we'd been let down by a collection the day before, and installed our beautiful new suite! They made it all look so easy - which I know it wasn't!
We are really thrilled with our new suite and know we definitely made the right choice in going to HSL! It is just SO comfortable! We love the style and colour too, and appreciate how well made it is! At the end of the day, you really do get what you expect and what you pay for! Top marks all round to HSL!

From Lesley in the shop and all her help getting the right chair and bed for mum, through to Darren & Chris who delivered and installed both first class service all the way and not forgetting Trudy who called to check all was well

Ashton and Connor delivered our suite this week. They were very polite and friendly, checking where we wanted the furniture. The two riser recliner and sofa were assembled in no time. We were shown how we needed to change batteries if we had a power cut, and all controls.to.work the chairs. Very pleased.with all.our experiences of using Hsl and our furniture.

From the Ordering of the furniture to it being delivered it was top class service.
Leslie the lady who took the order, to Martin & Jack the delivery men explained everything clearly.

It was delivered today after a just 2 week wait (quoted 6-8) by two lovely men James and Peter. They were clean, tidy and friendly. They set my chair up and took away all packaging.
Can’t fault the service.

100% service from beginning to end. Ordered our stressless chair on Saturday and we were sitting in it the following Friday. Would recommend this company to all my friends with no hesitation.

Recieved great assistance and service from Hannah in the store, and the delivery drivers, Martin and Jack were very polite and helpful.

I had a recliner for over five years, not from HSL, but another company. The old recliner was worn out, but very comfy, and 'fitted' me.
I took the plunge and went to the HSL Swindon showroom, just to see what was offer.
Met by a lovely lady who offered me a cup of hot coffee and biscuits on a very cold day.
I was shown all the various styles, and finally plumped on one that stood out. Was shown all the different cloths, colours, number of motors, nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained in great detail. Hannah was helpfulness personified, and so patient too!
Now that I have had the chair for over a month, I can honestly say that my chair has become more comfortable,- if that's possible, and so glad I chose them, and their knowledgeable staff.
